The space
Home newly designed "beach contemporary" by HGTV star decorator Deb Salmoni of Scott's House Vacation Rules. Hardwood maple floors throughout.

Main level living area is open and spacious featuring a fully loaded kitchen, dining table for six, four bar stools at a large island with quartz countertops throughout. Stainless appliances. 65" Sony 4K TV with Sonos soundbar and subwoofer sound system for television and music. Half bath on main level.

Second level sleeps four in two bedrooms. Each bedroom has it's own work/desk area, one with a queen bed, the other with two full sized beds. Both bedrooms have full sized closets complete with laundry baskets, hanging space, and luggage valets. Each room has stunning water views. Full bathroom with deep full sized tub/shower.

Third floor master suite with King sized bed, full bathroom with walk in shower, huge closet, and a mini deck that seats two with breathtaking views of the water.

Guest access
Guests have full access to entire private home.

Other things to note
Pepperrell Cove's three restaurants, general store, and ice cream parlour across the street offer an amazing opportunity for fine waterfront dining, with just a three minute walk.

This was the perfect place to stay in Kittery for attending a wedding at a nearby venue. The house was beautiful and taking in the views, a wonderful bonus shared by all!The host was very caring and thought of everything we needed for our stay. Relaxing getaway in a beautiful home!

This property exceeded my expectations and there is nothing I would change about this awesome property and how it is furnished. There were 5 of us ranging in age from 12 to 74 and we each enjoyed our stay. The outdoor porch and seating was a bonus and very relaxing.

Ultimate New England Getaway

Very fine property in an amazing waterfront location, short walk to great bar and restaurant, and a short hop into Portsmouth, which is itself a New England small city gem. Home is very comfortable; spacious and gracious - would definitely go back.

Best vacation rental we've ever stayed in!

This is a perfect place for a family to spend relaxing time in a beautiful area. It’s spacious, cozy, and impeccably clean. Todd the owner was responsive and helpful and gave us excellent recommendations for meals and activities nearby. It’s a short drive to York and Kittery but tucked away in a quiet area with a stunning view of the harbor. We’ll be be back for sure!

Short Winter Getaway

We enjoyed our stay! The house was clean, comfortable and welcoming. It was everything we hoped it would be and we hope to stay again in the future. We wanted to take just a short escape with friends to relax, shop, dine out, and enjoy the location. It was cold and windy with a little snow
 but it didn’t stop us from exploring the area. Just Perfect!

Great property, Awesome location, Communicative Host

We had a wonderful time at this property. Although we were only here for a few days, it was a great time. Our host, Todd, was communicative and very responsive when we had a few questions or demands. For example, the coffee pods we desired were finished, and he quickly supplied replenishment at his cost. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend it.

Perfect Maine coastal home!

Perfect home for our group of 5! Besides the house being exactly as described in the listing, the location could not have been better. Nice view of the harbor with house set back off the main road. We loved the restaurants that were just a 5 minute walk from the house(also right on the harbor). Todd was an excellent host who quickly responded to any questions we had thru out our stay. Todd responded quickly to questions we had regarding the heat during our February stay. The house is well appointed and beds are comfy. Located down the lane form a busy street we enjoyed the quiet and fireplace as snow whirled and piled up outside.
