The true Charleston experience awaits at The Manor at 91B Spring, a restored Victorian home in the heart of the city. The home offers 4 bedrooms plus a flex room with a queen Murphy bed, along with 4.5 bathrooms, including 3 ensuites. A bright, open living, dining, and kitchen area makes gathering easy. Two wide Victorian porches stretch across the front, giving you a peaceful perch above the piazza for slow mornings or breezy evenings.
Spend the afternoon on the large shared bluestone patio, tucked away from the city buzz, or explore the neighborhood. Boutiques, coffee shops, and restaurants fill the surrounding blocks, including all three of Charleston's Michelin star restaurants within 3 blocks. King Street is just 2.5 blocks away. Staying here feels like stepping into Charleston's past while being close to everything modern Charleston has to offer.

We stayed here with three other couples. We walked everywhere so location was good. Bedroom on 3rd Floor needs a bigger bed. That couple stayed on 2nd floor but used 3rd bath. I suggest adding a shelf in downstairs closet. Overall I would suggest the house. We cooked breakfast and everything was good. They even allowed a late check out. Thank you.

Our whole experience at 91-B Guesthouse was first rate, beginning with parking and ease of entry. The cleanliness of the house, the nicely equipped kitchen, the furnishings, AC, etc, it was all good. Plus, the location in a vibrant neighborhood was an additional pleasure.

The host was very welcoming and accessible to answer our questions and assist with our needs. The home is beautiful. We stayed for my daughter's wedding, so the number of bedrooms provided great space for the family to spread out. The kitchen was fairly equipped but lacked some basics - kitchen sponge, hot pads/mits, and the primary bedroom on the main floor lacked towel racks, a dresser or place to unpack. Otherwise, it was an amazing stay. I highly recommend.

Rented this for my wedding weekend for me and my bridesmaids to stay at and get ready on the day of the wedding. Plenty of space and location is great! I do want to point out for any other brides who may want to book this in the future that there are no full length mirrors anywhere. I had to look at myself in my wedding dress in a bathroom by standing really far away to see full body.

The GuestHouse of Charleston truly exceeded our expectations! The house is located in a prime location, allowing walking to most the popular areas. The house was spotless on arrival, we never experienced any issues. It was the perfect getaway to celebrate! Will be booking again in the future.

Absolutely Stunning!!

This property exceeded all expectations. It was the perfect place to have a girls weekend. The location was quiet but close to restaurants and eateries. The check-in instructions were easy and communication was prompt. Would absolutely recommend anyone to stay here and would do it again myself!!

This house was absolutely amazing and felt like home from the moment we walked in!

We will be back for sure! The house is so lovely! The rooms were impeccably decorated and were very spacious! The kitchen was equipped with everything, bathrooms were so nice and large, and our overall experience was a ten!

Lovely!

Perfect setting for a girl's weekend. The house is absolutely adorable and in a great location! Highly recommend - only note is that all bedrooms are on 2nd and 3rd floor just something to note if you or anyone in your party has mobility issues.

Perfect location for taking a cruise

This location if needing to spend the night before getting on you cruise ship. Very helpful employees. The location is walking distance to excellent resturants and the historic downtown. The cruise ship pier is also within walking distance but will provide a shuttle if needed. We will stay there again and again.
