We had a beautiful couples weekend hanging out in Brevard and Hendersonville. The house was immaculate and the kitchen was well-equipped. We slept in the downstairs bedroom, and it was quite comfortable. It was evident that the host has truly made an attempt to provide lots of entertainment options. I’d be super nervous to stay in this house with my teenagers, but a group of rule following adults enjoyed it without any issues.

Quiet and cozy, fun and entertaining!

This is a beautiful property, with more than enough space for the 6 of us. The kids enjoyed the game room and spa, while the adults took in the peace and quiet of the country. This is a split level home with all of the amenities, clean and comfortable.

Great House!

We had a great time and an easy stay at this location. It was clean, well equipped and in a great location. The back porch was heaven. The rules were plentiful and well communicated - which caused my rule-following personality a little stress. But it was good to know the expectations of the property owner. She made great recommendations and paid attention to details which made for a very pleasant visit.

Clean but under surveillance

The house is beautiful and was perfectly located for our visit. Our group was celebrating our friends 30th birthday in the mountains. Beds are comfortable and towels are clean. Plenty of pots and pans for all kinds of cooking and s’more roasting. Grill also provided. The hot tub is also a nice addition. We did notice cameras everywhere outside that were not disclosed in the description. The property manager seems to be watching regularly. There is a camera directly over the hot tub. We got out of the hot tub at 12:10am and at 12:15am she texted that we needed to put the cover on the hot tub or she was going to come over in 30 mins and do it herself. This didn’t sit well with us and did make it hard for us to relax all week knowing she was watching the hot tub. I would suggest maybe not filming people in the hot tub. Kind of hard to relax being watched by a camera not knowing who has access on the other end. Would not have made the rental had I known.

We loved this house

Too easy. Booked it. Showed up and it was all there. Firewood, coffee, complimentary wine. Great location close to town. We were there for a wedding but we’ll be back just to hang out. Thanks

Good stay

It was a very good stay. Only Few of my family stayed there overnight, but it was large enough to host about 15 of my family members who were also down there for the reunion. It was very cozy.

Perfect with lots of space!!

This property is so much better than it appears in the listing. The pictures do not do it justice. Wonderfully spacious, everyone can have their place and not trip over each other. Great large yard. Would be perfect if it allowed fur family to join as well. Very responsive property manager. Can’t say enough good things. Will stay again!!

Sharing our home until the retirement day! We use the home half the time, and enjoy having the opportunity to share it! We stay at the home half the time. We love hosting!

County setting with horses, chickens, and apple trees.
Lovely screen porch a wonderful place to sit and relax! Hot Tub! Game room for fun at the end of the day.

Home is self-managed.
