*We are located in the mountains with beautiful nature around. This home does not have screen doors, so if doors are left open, the nature could come in. We do treat for pests, but it is best to close the doors behind you to try and keep mosquitos and such outside.

House Rules
* Quiet Policy: Parties, loud noise and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords.
* Trash will need to be placed inside the bins located outside of the home to try and keep bears and other animals away.
* Any damage or excessive messes that need additional cleaning and/or repairs, the cost will be passed on to the guests from the maintenance crew.
* Upon check out, clean any dishes or load them in the dishwasher and start it.
