Relax with friends, family or your significant other at our Boho style one bedroom apartment.
Our smart tv allows for tuning into your favorite on demand subscriptions. You will have peace of mind on electric outages as we have an electric generator. Great for couples, or small family, it has a domino table to play or just seat relax. To access the apartment and parking you will need to drive down a steep hill. We recommend to bring SUV vehicles or not very low vehicles. See pictures of the listing.

We accept small breed dogs for an additional fee of $35 per dog.

The internet service is offered as a courtesy, according to the availability of the provider. We take no responsibilities if the provider has problems in the area.

Hot water is produced with solar panel and in entirely rainy days the hot water supply may be affected.

What a wonderful place to stay!!! Very close to everything yet private at the same time. Can be a little difficult to find the first time but other than that I can’t say enough good things. A must stay for sure!! Love love loved it!!!

Property was nice, comfortable and clean. Had a pleasant time during my stay there. The only down fall is the steep hill that leads into the property and parking area. Not good for some cars.

The apartment was outstanding. When you arrive, the entrance to the place is not the prettiest, but once you enter the place you forget everything else: they are super host. Very quiet and easy access to down town and to beach. Highly recomended.

Rincon Stay

Cute place overall,the shower only had hot water if there was a sunny day. Also, the entrance was very steep, like very and to get out you have to back all the way up and drive fast and still spin your wheels getting out. The entrance was not clearly marked. However, once we got ahold to the contact, with the manager we were able to find the location in about 10 minutes. I would stay again.

Great spot in Rincon

You can tell that a lot of care went into updating this place, it’s very clean and most importantly affordable. The photos are quite accurate. If anything the place in person looks better. It’s a quick car ride to the all the amazing beaches. The kitchen is fully equipped so you can make all your meals there if you want to and we did!! I would note that it is on a steep hill, so if you have any mobility issues it might not be a good fit.

Great Spot

The location is perfect, it's a great spot for two persons, and close to the Rincon and Aguada downtown. The apartment has everything that you need, spacious, clean, in a quiet area, and the internet speed is good. Despite multiple power outages, the place owns a generator (and it is quiet too). If you rent a car, rent a small SUV because it's tricky to get in and out of the property, but if you rent a small car just need to find a proper path. Property managers are very accessible; they respond quickly via app or telephone. It is a great place and I will stay there again.

Cute Rincon Spot

The location here (on top of the mountain if you drive a bit further up) has some nice views. We saw a few horses roaming around. The apartment was very clean and equipped with necessities. There was a slight smell of mold here but after running the air purifier (provided in the apartment), it cleared up quickly. I would have given this an overall 5 rating except we did not have any hot water for showering, just lukewarm. The entrance was a bit tricky to find and the hill is almost too steep for a car. Otherwise, everything was great. It seemed like a safe location, quiet area at night and the owner was very friendly and quick to respond. Very accommodating and was perfect for staying in a few nights while visiting Cabo Rojo, Rincon and surrounding area. Restaurants are nearby as well as beaches.

The room is designed for two people, and if you’re staying as a pair, there are no complaints. However, for a third person, the room is completely unsuitable, even for a child, let alone an adult. The extra sleeping arrangement was terrible; I had to sleep on the floor the first night (they provided a different mattress the second night). Listing this room as suitable for three guests is disrespectful to travelers. When we raised this issue, the host handled it poorly and ungraciously, even suggesting that we leave the hotel a day early. If we could rate hospitality, we would give it zero out of five. Additionally, we encountered an issue with the second payment. I booked through Expedia, but the property was listed on VRBO, where the payment button didn’t work. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue over a week, VRBO support never provided a solution. However, the hosts were accommodating in this regard and did not cancel our reservation, allowing us to pay on arrival.

Best "RincĂłncito" in RincĂłn Puerto Rico.

Mr. Israel and Mrs. Arlene were the best Vrbo hosts. They were courteous, pleasant, and responsive. Upon my arrival, there were clear instructions on how to enter the property despite they weren't on the premises. The space was as advertised, nice and comfy for the economical price and location of the beach. Its proximity was in close range to the Crash Boat Beach, Pleña Blanca, Punto Borrinquen Beach, Mayaguez nightlife, and even the folkloric dance of Bomba y Plena that takes place 1st Friday of every month at Punto Borrinquen Beach. I enjoyed my time there and didn't need anything. I think overall it was my best Vrbo experience yet. I say that because of the personally customized treatment and all of the great amenities that the place possessed. My only recommendation would be that they buy an air fryer and tea kettle for the place along with an outside grill to cook out in the hot sun. These are my recommendations to elevate the place to a super 10+ rating. However, even without these extra amenities, the place is super adequate for one person or a couple and has all of the necessary utensils to cook a meal in the place comfortably. I will stay here again upon my return in 2025. I hope this helps to ease your mind in your upcoming stay in Rincón, Puerto Rico. Hasta luego y Paz y bendicones.
