Spacious and Comfortable Living As you step into Persimmon Place, you’ll be greeted by two inviting living rooms that provide ample space for family gatherings and quality time. Each area is thoughtfully designed for relaxation, featuring TVs in every room so everyone can enjoy their favorite shows or movies. The cozy ambiance makes it the perfect spot to unwind after a day of fun in the sun.
Main Layout: Bedroom #1 - King w/attached bathroom Living room ( main Floor) Futon available for additional Sleeping Downstairs: (Double door entry to this floor) Bedroom #2 - Queen w/private attached handicap friendly bathroom. **pull-out sleeper sofa is NOT available for guest use*** Upstairs: Bedroom #3 - Queen Bedroom #4 - Two bunk beds (Double on bottom & Twin top) + single twin bed.

A Fully Equipped Kitchen The fully equipped kitchen is completed with all the appliances and utensils you need to whip up delicious family meals. Outdoor Adventure Awaits Step outside to discover the joys of lake life! A brand-new dock is being built in the Fall of 2025. Our current dock is available offering an ideal spot for fishing, swimming, or simply soaking up the sun. With convenient beach access right at your doorstep, you can easily dive into the refreshing waters of Sinclair Lake. The water depth at the dock is 5ft deep. No boat lift available but you can tie your boat and jet ski's off at the dock. Spend your afternoons lounging on the sun loungers or making s'mores around the cozy fire pit as the sun sets on another perfect day. Enjoy outdoor cooking with the charcoal grill (be sure to bring your own charcoal)
Comfort and Convenience At Persimmon Place, your comfort is our priority. Enjoy the peace of mind that comes with a tank less water heater and a home powered entirely by a generator, ensuring your stay is comfortable and worry-free. The property is also designed to be handicap-friendly, making it accessible for all guests.
Location The closest marina from the Persimmon Place is Sinclair Marina, you’ll have easy access to boat rentals and other water activities. Whether you’re looking to explore the lake’s hidden coves or enjoy a scenic sunset cruise, the adventures are endless. There is also a close boat ramp- Cosby's Landing Boat Launch (475 Ramp Rd. Sparta, Ga). This property is near 25-30 minutes away from GCSU & GMC. You will find groceries, dining and entertainment near 25-35 minutes from the property.

Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire property with the exception of 2 locked vendor closets and 1 owner closet which are all labeled. The main master closet also is used for extra blankets and seasonal decor etc. Guests will not have access to the small shed building in the driveway. Guests are not allowed to operate the elevator. Guest will not have access to half bath on bottom floor in laundry room.
The Neighborhood: This is a quiet, safe family-friendly neighborhood.
Getting Around: GCSU & GMC are 20 minutes from this property. Groceries, dining and entertainment is near 25-30 minutes. There is also a close boat ramp- Cosby's Landing Boat Launch (475 Ramp Rd. Sparta, Ga).
Other Things to Note: Please respect our neighbors! Quiet hours are from 9PM-9AM. We must abide by all Baldwin County ordinances that are provided in the rental agreement.

Very nice place to stay
Check in was easy and the place was very comfortable and we had so much fun. We mainly stayed because it is handicapped accessible for my mother in law. Of course you have to come out and go around the house but we made it work. Definitely would stay here again.

Graduation weekend
We stayed here with family for our daughter’s graduation from GCSU! Kellie with Lakeside Property Management was very responsive, kind and easy to work with! The property had a beautiful view of the lake with everything you need. There was plenty of room for all of us, was very clean, had games for us to play and a beautiful dock to enjoy.

Nice house
The house was clean and had everything we needed with the exception of the hair dryer that was not available as the listing mentioned. The layout was nice, allowing for us adults to separate from the kids.
