Cette maison d'artisan traditionnel est situé au centre de tout. Cette maison est parfaite pour les grands groupes de personnes. Cette propriété est pour ceux qui veulent être ensemble, mais aussi pour ceux qui préfèrent un peu d'intimité. La maison principale: le premier étage est le salon, la salle à manger, la cuisine et un bain douche; au 2ème étage se trouve la chambre King, une chambre queen avec un coin salon avec deux canapés futon extrêmement confortables et le bain principal; au 3ème se trouve un loft converti, 1 chambre queen avec porte privée et 2 lits jumeaux à l'avant du loft. Il y a de beaux chênes liquidation des escaliers qui mènent à la mezzanine. À l’arrière de la maison se trouve le bungalow qui dispose d’un coin salon au premier étage avec un canapé futon confortable, du câble et d’un centre de divertissement avec une télévision de 60 pouces, un mini réfrigérateur et une cheminée canapé futon, et une salle de bain 1/2. Toujours dans la cour, le chalet est un petit mais super mignon. Il dispose d'un lit double, d'un mini-réfrigérateur et d'un foyer électrique. La cour arrière est clôturée et idéale pour les barbecues et les sorties en famille ou entre amis. Le porche est également un excellent endroit pour se reposer et visiter. L'allée peut accueillir au moins 3 voitures. passes de stationnement seront fournis pour le stationnement de la rue.

It is large enough to accommodate a large family gathering. Room set ups sleep a lot of people, if privacy is not needed. Great location near transit and shops!!

The house was near perfect! Certainly clean, check in smooth and effortless - communication fantastic. Location is fantastic - blocks from Broadway for a short walk in any direction for restaurants, bars, shops, but quiet enough where you can sit on the veranda and enjoy a coffee watching the neighbors walk their dog.We would certainly stay here again. No hesitation on that.FYI to future guests - the room / bed arrangement is a bit "strange". There is less privacy than one might expect from sleeping area to sleeping area, especially upstairs in the main house. End result is the house works better for two large families than it does for 5 couples wanting couple's privacy. We were on big family group so it worked out fine for us.Enjoy - recommended!

Great location and cute property

My sisters and I get together once a year on a different city. We enjoyed the property since it was spacious and sufficiently quirky. Proximity to the light rail was super! The neighborhood is nice, walking distance to restaurants, markets, and shops.

Amazing stay! Comfortable and spacious. Super kind and communicative host! The location is perfect, the kitchen is fully stocked, and the furniture is very comfortable. We had our very large family over for a backyard gathering and there was plenty of room for all! Be careful of ants if you leave any food out, but otherwise everything was phenomenal!

Check in was very easy. Quiet and safe place. Large table for Family Dining. Plenty of seating in Living room for Large Family. TV’s actually worked as they should. Lots of cooking appliances and excellent Refrigerator. Excellent supply of towels.

Perfect for Seattle

This house was perfect for our stay in Seattle. We had a group of 10 adults and 2 infants and everyone had a great place to sleep. The 3 levels plus the two guest houses in back offered places to gather together and have privacy. The host was very accommodating to allow early checking and late checkout which fit the needs of our travel schedules. We used the nearby train and busses for our local travel and had great service on them.

Awesome place

We went with two families and this place is perfect. There is so much space that everyone could have their own privacy. The location is perfect, 2 blocks from the train to get anywhere but a nice walk to the market. The host was great. If ever I’m in Seattle again this will be the place!

Great place for group travel.

Traveled with 10 students and two chaperones. Everyone had a place to sleep and we did not feel crowded. The large dining room table was used daily for meals and great talks throughout our stay. I would definitely recommend this house. Very conveniently located to major attractions and the conference center.

Okay but super expensive

Beware of the ants. 2 of the bedrooms are in ADUs. Not a ton of actual bedrooms. Kind of loud with planes flying over and noise from the maintenance people. Overall it was okay, but incredibly pricy.

Great Family Geataway

We booked this property with 6 adults and an infant for Thanksgiving Week. It was perfect great location with easy access to public transportation. The dining room table was great for family meals and hanging out. Lots of comfy furniture and big enough we didn't drive each other crazy. You can't go wrong booking here!
