We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great location.Comfortable beds. Very clean and bright. Communication with the hosts was great as well. Would stay there again for sure! Added plus was the restaurant right across the street and the small market right around the corner.

Nice place

Everything in the house was clean and orderly. Had everything you might need. It would be helpful to have a card or sign that displays the wifi address and password and instructions for the thermostat as it reset each night to 62 degrees. It would also be helpful to have the house number posted somewhere on the house.

Very clean

Enjoyed staying at this place. It looks newly renovated and clean. Peaceful street and walkable to shops and restaurants around. About 15 miles from UMich campus, reasonable drive. Will defintely consider for future trips.

Chill stay in a lovely spot

I was visiting a friend for the weekend and this place was pretty ideal. Quiet spot with a comfy bed and good parking. The iron and ironing board came in handy one night. When I visit again I will most likely try and book this place

Wonderful, restful stay.

My husband and I stayed in this wonderful house while visiting with our daughter and her family, who live nearby. It was super clean, comfortable and convenient. We were able to have our dog with us as well. Would definitely stay there in the future. Very pleasant experience.

Lovely property, superb location

This is a 100+ year old house but has been nicely redone and refreshed. Layout makes it spacious for two or budget-friendly for four. Super convenient for both Ann Arbor and Detroit. VRBO completely messed up and took our money but did not register us with the owner who had also booked our time slot. The owner pulled out all the stops to remedy the situation (thanks!) But it was tense to hear after a 10 hour drive "sorry, you have no booking". It'll be a long long time before we use VRBO again.
