This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is anxiously awaiting your arrival! Perfectly located just steps away from the sand with a majestic oceanfront view from the 6th floor.

Emerald Isle is located on the west end of Panama City Beach just minutes away from Pier Park. King size bed in the master. Queen sized bed in the second bedroom. Sleeper sofa in the living room. Both master bedroom and living room overlook the ocean. Fully equipped kitchen. TV and DVD players in all rooms. Free cable TV and Internet Service. The 10 and a half foot balcony has plenty of seating to enjoy the beachfront view. Amenities include an indoor/outdoor heated pool with a steam room, an outdoor pool, a hot tub, and an exercise room with an ocean view. There are stainless steel barbecue grills at the pool pavilion.

The condo was exactly as pictured! Very nice we would definitely stay there again! I think the master bed was a little hard, but not enough to keep us from sleeping! Will for sure be back.

Relaxing

The condo was great! Rooms were nice. The only complaints I have is that the beds had a couple sunken in spots but nothing to serious and the parking garage was hard to get in and out of with a larger truck. But we managed and just parked across the street. The beach was not crowded at all and was easily accessible!

The weather did not cooperate this past week but, we still had a good time. ** Please note that in the ocean side master shower, the faucet is hooked up backwards. The 'H' is cold water and the 'C' is hot.

Family trip 2024

This condo was clean, well stocked, and convenient to elevators. Beds were comfortable and balcony furniture was perfect for adults who loved watching the beach and waves. Wifi was fast and the kitchen was updated. Our only minor issue was the second bath does not have a safety bar for seniors to hold onto when getting in and out of the shower. We were able to use handicapped parking which made our senior mom able to go out to dinner every day! I would love to stay in this unit again next year!

This is Our Spot. We’ll Be Back!

This is a great property! It’s nice, clean, decorated well, comfortable and SO convenient to everything. We had a great time on our girls trip (me and my sisters). There’s a restaurant right across the street (Mike’s) and the condo is right on the beach. No street to cross. All we had to do was step out of our door, get on the elevator, go down to the ground floor, walk a few steps and you’re at your two free chairs and umbrella on the beach. The three of us agreed we found our spot and we’ll definitely be back! Thanks for sharing your place with us!

The location of this property was perfect for us. It was relatively quiet but if you are looking for excitement it is easy to venture down the strip to all the fun activities. The property was very clean and well-maintained. I loved having the chairs and umbrella provided for us at no extra cost. We tend to want to sit closer to the water so only utilized the umbrella. Dalton (the chair/umbrella guy) was more than happy to set up for us wherever we wanted. Enjoyed each night out for dinner and never had a bad meal... need to check out Boon Docks, Firefly, Angelo's Steak Pit, and Sandbar Seafood & BBQ Joint. We will definitely keep this rental information available to schedule another visit soon!
