Overall we had a very nice stay. Our unit was clean and looked the same as the photos on the listing. The free chairs and umbrella were very nice and we had no issues with them. The view of the beach from our balcony was stunning and the unit is located on a quieter part of the beach so it was never too busy. We did have some issues with the smoke detectors going off repeatedly for no reason but maintenance was very responsive and helpful in helping us to get it fixed.

Condo was clean and nicely decorated. Loved the large balcony. Bring your bubble bath and enjoy the large soaker tubs in both bathrooms. Heated pooland hot tub were nice and tiki bar was open. Please note the parking garage is great for smaller vehicles. There is also outside parking and additional parking garage for larger vehicles. Please check in at lobby on ground floor for wristbands as you pull in. Master closet is small as they used it for the bunks. I would stay here again.

Called about the refrigerator leaking and reported that freezer was flooding the refrigerator just to have maintenance call and say that they would come defrost but I would be a whole day with out a refrigerator after I had bought 300 worth of groceries. Reported the toaster did not work, and was told they would have housekeeping bring a toaster which our whole week stay came and went and NO toaster. Very disappointed with the care of the renter. Will not rent this unit again.

We understand how upsetting it was to have refrigerator issues after purchasing a large amount of groceries, and it’s especially disappointing that the replacement toaster you were promised never arrived. You should not have had to spend your vacation following up on basic necessities. We sincerely apologize that we did not provide the level of care and follow through you expected. We’ll share your feedback with our maintenance and housekeeping teams so these concerns can be addressed and future guests have a better experience.
