Very roomy, big one bedroom, with all amenities that you would have at home and more. Fitness center, pool, garden, and outside grill. Right in the heart of entertainment downtown just three blocks from the Galleria, the water fall, multiple eatery’s with a number variety restaurant. Some of Houston's famous Clubs are all within walking distance. Even Wal-Mart is just five blocks away. You don’t need a car to enjoy yourself. The movies is four blocks away. I promise you if your coming to Houston to enjoy yourself this is the spot.

Served it’s purpose
Trash and empty boxes in the hallway and a run-down property with uneven sidewalks, and dirt filled pool, greet you when arriving. If you’re ok with the bare minimum....even the shower was poor, and just want price/location, go for it. I will give it a because it was clean.If you have expectations of nice, safe well-lit neighborhood, continue looking
