We had a great stay while we were in town for a soccer tournament. There was plenty of space for all of our families and the common area was ideal for relaxing after games. The kids enjoyed the yard and games while the parents enjoyed the patio and fire pit. Would absolutely stay again, thank you for a great weekend!

The house was perfect for our needs! Everything was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. Communication with the host was quick and easy throughout our stay.We had a group of 12, and there was plenty of space for everyone—both to spread out and have some privacy, and to come together comfortably as a group.The location was also very convenient, with a short drive to Sight & Sound, Kitchen Kettle Village, The Green Dragon, and Shady Maple.We would definitely stay here again!

The house was so big and spacious and beautiful. The hot tub was hot. Everybody really liked the hot tub. The patio outback was really spacious. The yard was so big and nice pretty grass. The granddaughter really loved the swingset. There was plenty of tables and seats for multifamily to stay there . The kitchen was so grand. We will definitely be coming back next year. And the house was very clean.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The house handled our 3-generational family of 16 perfectly. Love, LOVE the upgraded Jack-n-Jill full bath in the rooms behind the garage. This is our 3rd stay and Lord willing, we'll return again. This year, we reached out to owner for vehicle repair recommendation, and he came back with an answer quickly and efficiently. Our vehicle was fixed and back on the road qickly and efficiently. Blessings!

My family stayed at the house for Christmas and had the best time. A great space to gather and celebrate with kids to grandparents. Nice amenities, great location. Host was quick to respond to questions leading up to the stay.

House is gorgeous, very spacious and well stocked. Kitchen is amazing. Many spaces to both gather and spread out when needed. Backyard was great as well, wish our weather had been better to use it more!! Host was very prompt in responding to questions/needs. I would say the only downside was that all of the bedrooms have queen/king beds. It could have used a bedroom or two with twin beds to make it easier for kids to sleep. In spite of that, it was a wonderful place for our extended family get together. We would definitely stay again if we’re in the area.

The house was perfect for our 4 families! There was plenty of room for us all to enjoy the time together comfortably. The kids loved playing in the downstairs area and in the game room. We roasted marshmallows in the backyard fire pit, played in the snow, and enjoyed the jacuzzi. The host, Stephen, is very welcoming and responsive. We can't wait to return next year!

This house is perfect for a large gathering with family, 2 fully equipped kitchens, a beautiful large kitchen to gather, 2 bedrooms downstairs along with an attached separate bedrooms off of the outdoor patio. These separate areas are great for large groups and folks to also have their own space when needed. We would love to make this an annual gathering place for our family, ping pong table and hot tub is an extra bonus for entertainment or relaxation. Owner very responsive to questions. Hands down worth every penny spent.

Excellent location! The house was very clean and the kitchen was well apportioned! It had everything you needed! There was 11 of us; My Sisters and Friends, and we all had plenty of space. The location was perfect for going to see Sight & Sound. We come up to PA twice a year. We plan to get the same house when we come back up in May!!
