This gorgeous, newly renovated 1900's brick home is your perfect destination to take a step back from the hustle and bustle and unwind and recharge in the heart of Amish Country! This timeless, 3-story home includes:

Wake up and enjoy your morning cup of coffee from the comfortable furnishings on the wraparound porch, as you watch the horse and buggies roll by in front of you. This home has a way of taking you back in time, while providing you with all of the modern amenities and comforts that we know and love! Be treated like royalty in the gorgeous master suite with its very own private balcony and jacuzzi! Whip up tasty vacation treats in the fully-equipped kitchen, relax on the plush living room furnishings while catching up on your favorite show on the Smart TV, and end the day by recharging in the luxurious hot tub! This destination will quickly become your home away from home!

We know, contracts aren't the most exciting part of your getaway, but to keep our home safe, we'll need you to sign a quick rental agreement upon booking (this will be sent to you, after you book) — then it's all fun from there! You can see what the contract looks like in the House Rules section. Note, check in details will not be sent until that contract has been signed.

- We use high-quality, sustainable mattresses and linens
- We offer a drip coffee maker so that you can reduce your single-use pod disposable, while opting for a pot of coffee to eliminate waste!
- All of our toiletries are eco-friendly, clean products that come with reusable dispenser bags to eliminate waste.
- We use LED lighting throughout the home to minimize electricity usage. Thanks to the natural sunshine, you can soak in the sun that floods this home through all of the large windows, without using excessive home lightning during the day!
- Our home is in a great location for Instacart! Make grocery shopping for the family easy while saving on gas!

*Please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you will need during your stay.

Please Note:

1. Renters must be 25 years of age or older. This is NOT a party house. We will not tolerate illegal drugs, hookahs, smoking indoors or excessive alcohol consumption. Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am and strictly enforced. Please do not bring external speakers and play loud music - the neighborhood is very quiet. We do not permit additional people at the home who are not included in the original booking. During the day we ask you to please be respectful of the neighbors and keep music turned down while outside. Thank you for being respectful of the neighbors and the property! :)

2. Be sure to bring your own firewood for the fire pit, or you can purchase some at a nearby Turkey Hill convenience store at Rt. 30 and Ronks Rd.

3. PET FRIENDLY: We love your furry friends! A fee of $150 per dog must be paid BEFORE the guest arrival date. There is a max of 2 dogs on the property and a max weight of 50 lbs. per dog. Sorry, but no cats or exotic animals are allowed in the home. If evidence of an unapproved (or unpaid for) pet is located on the property, there will be a $400 non-refundable fine. Please clean up after your pet in the yard (bring your own doggy waste bags) and in the home. Additionally, any pet brought to the property must not be left unattended in the home. If they are left at the property alone, they will need to be kept in a pet crate.

4. There is a security camera located on the exterior of the home for the safety of the property and our guests. It is recording 24/7, 365 days a year. There are no cameras on the interior of the home.
