Beachnplace! Incroyable vue sur l'océan avec chambre avec lits superposés et barbecue sur le patio en phase 2!

Beach N Place est l'endroit idéal pour lancer vos tongs et vous détendre sur la plage de sable de la mer de Cortez à Puerto Penasco, au Mexique, également connue sous le nom de Rocky Point. Cortez 1006 est un condo 2 chambres 2 salles de bain de 1632 pieds carrés situé au 10e étage de la phase II de la communauté de golf de Las Palomas Seaside. Nous avons récemment ajouté une chambre avec lits superposés avec chacun son propre téléviseur mural! Le condo a un patio surdimensionné de 430 pieds carrés avec 40 pieds de façade et une vue imprenable sur la mer de Cortez, donnant sur la zone commune avec une riviÚre paresseuse, un jacuzzi et une piscine à débordement avec bar dans la piscine. Nouveau barbecue électrique et bar assis sur le patio!

Le condo est dĂ©corĂ© avec un mobilier moderne de Z Gallerie. Le salon a un tĂ©lĂ©viseur LCD 50 'mural et un systĂšme de son surround dĂ©finitif pour les DVD. Les chambres sont dotĂ©es de tĂ©lĂ©viseurs muraux et de rĂ©veils avec station d'accueil pour iPod. La cuisine est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e pour accueillir tout repas que vous choisissez de prĂ©parer. Cependant, vous voudrez peut-ĂȘtre essayer le Las Palomas 4 Diamond Restaurant Citron, ou un dĂźner dĂ©contractĂ© prĂšs de la piscine / du bar swim-up.
La chambre avec lits superposés dispose de lits superposés construits sur mesure avec suffisamment d'espace pour un adulte pour s'asseoir dans son lit. Chaque couchette a son propre téléviseur LCD!

My family and I had the best time at this property! The view was gorgeous, we had everything we needed, it was very clean and well-maintained. We didn’t even leave the resort because my family and I had the best time at the pool and the beach. Brock was an awesome host and we can’t wait to visit again!

My husband and I took our two teens and their friends on a Rocky Point vacation. The unit was clean and modern and had a great view of the pool and the beach.We were all happy and comfortable on the stay. Brock was super helpful and responsive to our needs. We would stay here again!

Took our family here, it was a wonderful condo. Had everything we needed. Great view of the ocean, located near the elevators which is helpful with all the beach items we wanted to take down! Close to everything and the owner was very responsive. Easy check, will most likely be booking again!

Our stay was glorious, Brock answered all our questions very quickly..The patio was amazing nice furniture and views to enjoy..We wish we’d known about the daily activities the resort offered and the beds were extremely firm, otherwise this condo and resort were great!

Amazing Stay

This property is beautiful and more than we expected from the listing. Very clean, spacious, and well cared for. The bunk beds for teenagers were awesome my kids loved them. We will look for this again on the next trip.

This was our millionth time in rocky point but 1st time at any resort , and it was amazing !! It was beyond out expectations and the view was amazing!!amenities was great everything was accessible and workers were great and friendly definitely staying here again! Can't wait to come back !

Great place to spend the 4th

We spent the 4th of July at this property! It was spacious and very comfortable for our party of 6
including 4 teenagers! The view from the balcony for the fireworks/ocean was absolutely fabulous! Loved the outdoor bar and seating area, too! We only had a minor housekeeping issue during our stay! Once I notified Brock, he was very attentive and expeditiously had the problem remedied! We would definitely recommend this place and plan to return in the future! Thanks again!

Great property and convenient location

Overall great condo and owner. We stayed for a quick trip but loved the location of this property and the condo specifically. Beautiful views of the ocean. Great beach setup for guests. Easy to get pool chairs. Easy comfortable setup of condo. Only small feedback is better pillows would be great but that is minor. If you’re driving you may want to bring your own. We would love to rent from Brock again and bring the kids next time. :)

Best condo in phase 2

High end designed condo with everything needed for a relaxing beach vacation from comfortable bedding to z gallerie dishes. The bunk bed room was a genius addition and optimal with teenagers. It was bigger than the photos. It also came with much appreciated umbrella and beach chairs. The patio bar and grill area was perfect for our night in. Loved our stay and will definitely be back to this condo. Exceeded our expectations.

Family stay on the 10th floor

We frequently go to Las Palomas and stay in a ground floor unit, this was our first time in an upper floor. It was very easy getting to the pool/ocean, the deck stayed nice and shaded all day, and the view was amazing. Oh! This one has a small electric grill on the patio.

Great place to stay.

We have stayed at several condos in Las Palomas. This one had more then we needed. We cook every time we go and it was so nice to finally find one that had more pans then we needed. If I had to come up with one negative it was we couldn’t find any scissors đŸ€Ł which was not such a bad thing we found some great knifes. Our kids 20 and 10 said this is the best condo we have stayed at in the 10 years we have been going down there. We will definitely rent this condo again.

Great time


We had a terrible check in process and waited for a long time (3 hours). Overall we had a great stay! Perfect location and beautiful condo! We had a few issues but nothing that ruined our fun. The washing machine didn’t work and the dryer took forever. No hot water for the master bedroom tub.
