Luxury Beachfront Oasis - Includes daily meals prepared by private chef

Puertas al Mar is a large beach front property. Upon arrival you will enter through a large secure gate into the courtyard. The entire property is enclosed by privacy walls and locked gated access to both the street and beach. The property has two homes on it - you and your guests will be the only guests on the property during your stay, the other home will not be occupied at any point during your stay.

The home has a private retained beach and palapa that is always available during your stay. The adjacent beach may be accessed via stairs from our retained beach. It is important to know that sargasso is prevalent at various times of year - some weeks there is none, some weeks there is a large amount, due to the nature of the tides and sargasso blooms we are unable to control how much or when it will be in the ocean or on the adjacent beach. When there is a large amount present, it can omit an odor that is unpleasant, this is the nature of the beaches in this area and is out of our control as hosts/owners. We are unable to provide refunds or accommodations if the sargasso is on the beach during your stay. You can follow the sargasso blooms here: sargassummonitoring dot com

Housekeeping services are included and available between 9am-3pm Monday-Friday.

Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner prepared by our Professional Chef and non-alcoholic beverages for 8 guests are included in the price of the rental. Alcohol packages are available for adults over 21 for $100/per day.

You will have a menu of curated meals to choose from prior to checking in. Special requests are considered - please contact our host at least 48 hours prior to checking in and we will do our best to accommodate these request - unfortunately they are not always possible but we do our best.

Round-trip ground transportation to and from the Cancun airport is also included in your stay.

Pool-side massages, boat charters to Isla mujeres, and day-trips to cenotes are also possible to arrange with sufficient lead time. Please contact our host with questions regarding this.

You have access to the beach toys (four ocean kayaks, 3 paddle boards, various games, and sand toys) as well as beach/pool towels. If you have any other special requests, please do not hesitate to ask - we hope you enjoy our home as much as we do.

Puerto Morelos Vacation

I find myself reluctant to write a review for this incredible property as I confess, I want to keep it for myself and my family. First of all, this property is absolutely stunning and pristine down to the smallest details: from theluxurious sheets, the entry waterfalls, the pool, the gorgeous beach, and the modern architecture, this place is nothing short of breath taking. But it’s also great for a family vacation with plenty of room, a great pool, a great beach, and food everyone will love!The staff is fantastic and very professional, and the chef… well, she deserves her own review.From elevated traditional Mexican cuisine to amazing fresh seafood dishes, Incredible Italian with handmade pasta and French dishes that might remind you of Paris, the culinary artistry of Chef Marlene alone will make your vacation worth while. And then there are the hand made desserts; absolutely incredible, so don’t plan on dieting while you are here! The property is just secluded enough that you aren’t surrounded by tourists, but it’s close enough to the lovely ocean front town of Puerto Morelos that you are only about 15 minutes from enjoying the restaurants, shopping and night life if this is your jam! Of course there’s tons of shopping, island hopping and yachting nearby as well.Just ask the property owners for details!

Five Stars – A Perfect Stay in Puerto Morelos

This house delivered one of our best vacations. The location is unmatched—right on a beautiful beach, with the ocean just steps away. We spent our days swimming, kayaking (with easy-to-launch kayaks provided), and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The house is stunning, blending architectural elegance with comfort. The beds, dressed in high-quality linens, ensured restful nights, and thoughtful details like luxury bath products elevated the experience. Daily cleaning and laundry services added convenience, allowing us to fully relax. The on-site chef was a highlight, preparing fresh, flavorful meals that felt like dining in a private restaurant. The attentive host made everything effortless, from arranging airport transfers to organizing excursions. A luxury boat trip to Isla Mujeres and a local fishing expedition in Puerto Morelos were perfectly planned and unforgettable. The infinity pool and outdoor palapa offered tranquil spots to relax while taking in the ocean views. Puerto Morelos itself was charming, with lively yet laid-back streets perfect for exploring, enjoying ice cream, and sipping margaritas. Wildlife added to the magic, with birds and agoutis roaming nearby. This trip exceeded our expectations with its exceptional accommodations, thoughtful service, and seamless planning. We can’t wait to return.

Beyond incredible

This house was everything. Located 20ish minutes from the Cancun airport, it is north of Puerto Morelos but easy enough to get to and right on the ocean. It’s away from all the noise and resorts so you’re able to relax completely. It almost feels “off grid” The house is incredible. The owners clearly love it and care for it personally. We utilized their chef for every meal and I expected it to be “ok” however Chef Marlene blew our minds. From morning cappuccinos to fresh ceviche - and the best tacos I’ve ever had. The rooms are amazing, linens are from Cozy earth (I asked lol!), I’ve literally never slept so well. I wasn’t sure about daily housekeeping bc I thought it might be strange compared to typical rentals but honestly, you didn’t even know when the cleaner came in. We had one evening when the a/c didn’t cool down and we sent a text and their maintenance man fix it immediately - like actually immediately. I’ve never experienced this level of service anywhere. We predominantly hung out at the house but we did rent a car so we could go to some cenotes and downtown Puerto Morelos. I will say, and this has zero reflection on the house or owners, the roads are not great - apparently the government doesn’t put a lot of money into the infrastructure. One thing we enjoyed was the rooftop bar - it has games and a wet bar and you can open the windows for a nice breeze. We spent our evenings there and used their karaoke machine as well. I cannot wait to go back!!
