About this space
Our popular Gypsy-inspired bungalow sleeps 1-2. It features a private room with a queen bed, a full bathroom with shower, small refrigerator, and Keurig. We also have several outdoor seating areas for relaxing in the evening as well.

In addition, several antique shops and clothing boutiques are just steps away for your shopping pleasure!

Great location in Round Top!

This little tiny cabin was super cute and in a prime location near restaurants and shops in Round Top. We loved the decor and walking around the property.

Perfect place to lay your head while visiting round top!

Location and comfort are perfect! It is a small room but it had everything we needed for our quick trip through Round Top. The bed was super comfortable and it had amazing A/C for the unseasonably 98° October weather.

We had a last minute opportunity to stay overnight in Round Top and this was an unbelievable find!! Right in the middle of a bunch of great shops and walkable to downtown area restaurants!! Cozy, stylish and well-appointed bedroom

Although smaller that we imagined the gypsy themed accomodations were very pleasant. Great Location!

we stayed in a gypsy themed room that was centrally located to good restaurants, shopping and to a leisure fun activity area within walking distance . My husband and I found the room to be centrally located within the heart of downtown Round Top and afforded us the flexability to drive or just walk to the areas restaurants and the various unique stores and boutique shops .We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!, The room was clean and inviting .

Quant and Quiet

The room and area was just perfect! We really appreciated the friendliness of the staff and the location was ideal for walking to all of the cute shops in the area. We enjoyed the town Square and the festival of lights parade. Overall a fantastic getaway! Five out of five stars! We look forward to a future stay with the 303.

Nice surprise

Thought this would be grungy and old. But the rooms have been renovated, cutely decorated with a rustic edge, but very clean. In an odd place amongst shops, but we enjoyed our one night stay. Great location in Round Top and Mason was a very gracious host offering tons of assistance!

It is a charming little room, and exactly as described. Clean, cute and absolutely tiny, the tiniest room we've ever stayed in anywhere, ever! That said, the bed was comfortable and the AC was cool. Must use steps to get into the bed, if you are not very tall. Good internet, intermittent TV. Lovely host!!

Great getaway weekend for the 4th!

We stayed two nights in the Gypsy Room. Kevin and Brandi were both so accommodating to both us and our fur baby! They went above and beyond with extra touches such as great recommendations of the area, homemade sweets and providing a perfect private set up for us to watch the parade! Only downfall - the room itself is small. It was tight getting ready and we sat outside in the mornings/evenings as there isn't room to sit or relax in the room (aside from the bed). Next time we will choose one of the larger rooms on the property. Overall, a great choice to stay in Round Top and we will be back!

Amazing weekend getaway!!

Brandi and Kevin are THE best! They were so kind and hospitable. Brandi made us an amazing breakfast. Our room was clean, cozy and just adorable. Kevin showed us around the property and it is evident they put their heart and soul into creating a space for people to relax, feel at home and enjoy the small town atmosphere. And we can’t forget to mention Royer’s!! OMG best food ever!

Cozy Cabin feel

This is a lovely room. It is decorated beautifully. The bed is nice and soft. The room is nice and cozy complete with a refrigerator, a TV and its own separate heating and air-conditioning unit. It is a very small room, cozy, and would be perfect for maybe one or two people at the most. The host was lovely. She brought us monkey bread on Saturday morning for breakfast. It’s an awesome place to stay as there are shops literally feet from the door. Everything you could want is within easy walking distance. I can’t imagine a more convenient place to stay in Round Top. There are eight or nine places to stay in the 3O3. I cannot wait to try out some of the others.

Fun property in a perfect location for shopping

This is an eclectic building built with all reclaim wood and supplies used in an imaginative way. The decor was so interesting! The hosts were helpful and communicated quickly. My only complaint is the mattress in our room was a bit too soft for us. Also, I’m 5’4” and the bed was a bit tall for me. However, that being said is definitely stay there again. It is within walking distance to all of the main shopping in Round Top and the owners made it a pleasant stay. In fact they opened a se one room for my adult children to change in at the last minute when they arrived late for an event. They were not even staying at this property! Such kind people!

Staying at Roundtop

I would highly recommend the 303 primarily because of our hosts who graciously attended to our every need from restaurant reservations to on site meals. So accommodating & centrally located. This facility is an ongoing project w its shops and will only get better. It's our destination on our next trip to Central Texas.

Home Away from Home

Location is unbeatable. Walking distance to so many must shop and dine places in Round Top, but also secluded enough to guarantee a peaceful stay. Security, amenities, attention to small details is what you get from The 303 Round Top! We loved every detail of our room to include the vintage romantic charm. Aside from everything wonderful mentioned above, the fellowship with the owners was priceless. They are one of the most beautiful and genuine couples we have had the pleasure of meeting! My husband and I have coined 303 as “Our Place” to go back to. This post should probably save you a couple a minutes of researching reviews! Book your stay with The 303 Round Top. Maybe we’ll run into you during our next visit! ♥️
