About this space
This home has been completely renovated from the inside with a beautiful open floor plan from the kitchen to the living room. You will find this home to be very close to various convenient locations such as LAX Airport, So-fi walking distance to the metro station, near the 105 fwy, Space X, and less than a 15 min drive to the Manhattan Beach, and less than 5 miles to Target, Ross and various shopping centers, grocery stores, and most Important various Restaurants within short distance drive.
The space
This house is a great place to book if you are a party of 7 people. There are 2 (two) bedrooms with Queen size beds in each room with an additional roll out bed in the room if needed! In the living room there’s a queen size sofa bed. In the bedrooms each doors have code locks to enter or lock door. In the living room you will also find a 45" Smart TV with Netflix. We do provide free Wifi! This entire house is fully equipped with everything you and your family or guests will possibly need during your stay. All required amenties such as pots and pans, silverware, blender, toaster, and etc. you will find in your brand new kitchen with brand new appliances. In the backyard there is propane BBQ grill, fire pit, and patio chairs to relax.

Great location but cleanliness not up to standard

Upon arrival the gate and lockbox codes we had been given did not work. I called the host and was given the correct codes to get in. Unfortunately, that wasn't the worst of it. The previous reviews had indicated a clean property but that was not our experience at all. The counters were sticky and the floor had not been mopped--visible spots where food had been dropped, sticky areas, and walking barefoot turns your feet black. Several of the dishes had grease or stuck on food and the bathroom had ants. The biggest issue was the smears on the bathroom wall that appeared to be feces. When I mentioned all this to the host the next morning ( we had arrived late and just gone to bed) she said that she had personally walked through the house and it met her expectations of cleanliness and that I should have told her when we talked yesterday since she couldn't help me the day before I checked out. The only time I had spoken to her the day before was to get the entry code information so I clearly didn't know any of this as I hadn't even entered the house yet. She was very dismissive about the cleanliness until I told her I had time stamped pictures of the issue in the bathroom. She then became apologetic and about 5 hours later finally offered to have someone come clean it. The location is excellent and the beds were clean and comfortable (rollaway bed wouldn't work for anyone but perhaps a small child). Yard is shared with another rental which is in the backyard of this house

My family traveled in for a quick weekend getaway. The home was very clean and in a good area close to the airport and SoFi. The email I received VRBO was incorrect. The owner quickly called upon arrival to ensure we could get in the home ok. My only recommendation would be to add a TV in the bedrooms and perhaps have a few board games/cards available. This would make it easier if you have kids and want to watch something else.

Did the job!

Our host was very friendly, helpful, and reponded immediately. Our check in process was one of the hardest I've experienced. The instructions to get in were wordy and difficult plus the original lock box code was changed. So we had to call our host very late at night, making us feel bad. But she was wondeful. There were mutliple lock boxes and codes and doors. Even the doors inside had 4 digit combo locks! We thought the neighborhood seemed safe enough but all the locks and the messages from the host about closing doors and leaving lights on over night so she could parole the outside with the mutilple cameras, was a little unnerving. We felt like we were being watched. But definitely safe. We were delighted by the back yard area with an awesome fire pit and BBQ. There is another unit attached to the house and one detached as well (like an ADU), so the backyard area would potentially become more of a public area if there were other guests staying. It wouldn't have been a problem for us, but its nice to know going into the property. We only had one car so I could see where parking would be difficult if there were mutiple people staying. As there is almost zero street parking. Our only real issue was the lack of privacy with the hosts mutilple cameras and on our last night another guest was added to the ADU in the backyard. Everything was clean and well maintained. Wonderful kitchen as well! Overall we enjoyed our time there.

Lovely Home, Great Host

My family and I were in town for a 60th birthday party and the house was perfect! It was clean, well-maintained and had lots of space and privacy. The back yard was lovely! We even bought firewood for the fire pit. I would definitely stay again.

Slightly disappointed

Although the inside was new and furnished, there were ants all over including the beds. We had to have guest sleep on the pull out. At first we received the wrong code so it took a while to get in but host responded eventually and was helpful.

Cute bungalow close to freeway and airport

Enjoyed our stay at Elizabeth’s cute bungalow. Perfect location in a quiet neighborhood that was centrally located for exploring DTLA, the beach and near LAX. Perfect place that met our needs. Would book again if we are in the area.

Great house close to SoFi!

Booked a stay here to attend an event at SoFi stadium. The location was great, and parking was available so we did not have to stress about that. Elizabeth was very responsive when we had questions, and was attentive to people staying. Would definitely stay here again!

Great home away from home!

We loved this property because it was fully equipped with everything we needed, clean, and close to many of our tourist destinations. The property manager was very accessible and she was very helpful! We would definitely recommend this property for anyone visiting the LA-Redondo Beach area.

Clean Simple & Quiet

Stayed here for a concert at SoFi and loved it. Very clean property with a simple check-in and check-out process in a quiet neighborhood with off-street parking. Bedrooms, living space, and kitchen are all spacious and not over-decorated or cluttered with excess furniture. Elizabeth was always quick and friendly to communicate. HIGHLY recommend this location.

Clean & Updated!

The home is very clean and warm, with updated appliances that all work well (we used the kitchen fully to prepare a few family meals)! The sofa bed was the most comfortable sofa bed we've ever used. The host is so very kind and quickly responsive to every need. She strikes a good balance between being kind, helpful & friendly and allowing us our space to enjoy our vacation and business. This is a very quiet neighborhood, which allowed us an enjoyable family stay. Everything was provided well, which makes us feel that we would easily want to stay there again.

Nice, cheery place

It was a nice place to stay for what we needed. The only thing we didn’t know was that it was attached to another rental. I probably would have picked another place having two kids, as it’s hard to make them stay quiet all the time to not disturb others, which is why we don’t stay in hotels often. However. It was very comfortable, roomy, and the host was super responsive and helpful!

Great, Renovated Home

We had to come for our daughter-in-law’s Mom’s funeral. Our son & his wife stayed in the 2nd bedroom & we had plenty of room & privacy. We did not rent a car. Ubering & having food delivered were not as expensive as we thought, while the kids were at work. There were plenty of restaurants nearby, as well as grocery stores, liquor stores, a Target, etc. In the evenings & on the weekends, when our kids were there, parking was available, at the house, so, fighting for on street parking is not an issue. The bathroom has been redone. It has a new double vanity, toilet, marble (marble tile?) floors & a tub/shower. There are 2 bedrooms with comfortable queen size beds, each have coded locks. The family room has a sectional couch & a large television. There is wood flooring throughout. However, in my opinion, the star of this place is the kitchen!! First of all, it is huge, for a home this size. You know how everyone always ends up gathering in the kitchen? This one is perfect for that!! It has a large island in the center, which has padded stools underneath & can also double as a dining room table. It is light & airy with a million creamy white, wood cabinets & granite countertops. There’s also a large bar with 2 barstools over by the living room. The kitchen contains all of the usual appliances as well as a coffeemaker, a toaster, a blender, utensils & dishes. Elizabeth was a great host!! I would recommend this place & would definitely stay here again on another trip to LA.
