The house has an old world charm, peaceful and cozy with modern convenience, including fast wifi, flat screen TVs in every bedroom, white noise machines and central heat/AC.

We are centrally located, close to shops and restaurants by car or Uber. Our home is somewhat walkable with the bus stop and Vermont train station 10-15 minutes walking distance. We’re near the 405, 105, and 110 freeways.

You have access to the entire front property! The full front house and front yard. You won’t have access to the back yard. There is an ADU attached to the back of the house with quiet renters. Please do not disturb the tenants.

This is a kid-friendly home but not child proof. Please let me know if you need a portable crib. High chair available at all times.
