2 Bedroom/ 2 Bath with panoramic views of all bodies of water on Pensacola beach. South Harbour 6C sleeps 6. Relax in the perfect beach condo, 6th-floor unit in Paradise. The kitchen has beautiful granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and offers everything you will need to feel right at home. The master bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, guest room offers two twin beds and there is also a sleeper sofa to accommodate sleeping for 6 guests. For indoor meals and entertaining there is a lovely dining set and bar stools or head out to the balcony for dining while enjoying the best sunset or sunrise.

The spacious, balcony is a wonderful place to start the day with your morning coffee. Watch Sabine Bay come alive with Large Charter boats headed out to the Gulf for a day of fishing, and paddle boarders and kayakers taking advantage of the wonderful Florida sun. At day’s end marvel at the spectacular sunsets that melt into the horizon leaving behind the tranquil lights surrounding Sabine Bay. After nightfall watch the bay glow in rainbow hues with the newest Pensacola Beach attraction, Glow Paddle.

There is a seasonally heated pool looking out over Sabine Bay as well as a great little gym area. Once you park your car in this gated complex, you won’t need it again until it is time to head home! The boardwalk and famous Casino Beach are within easy walking distance and there is a free beach trolley during the season to catch a ride where you don’t care to walk! To satisfy your adventurous side, next door are outlets for charter fishing, dolphin and sailing cruises, parasailing, go-carts, and rental shops offering jet skis, bikes, kayaks, paddleboards and more!

I can’t speak to the original place as it had a water leak the day of check in. But we were contacted and offered another place to stay which was great, near the beach, and everything we needed.

We absolutely loved it! It was just as described, and very nice. The location is perfect! We enjoyed watching the sunrise in the morning out the front door, and sitting on the balcony watching the sunset every evening. The small beach area that is in the back by the pool is perfect if you want to avoid the crowd and just sit out by the water on the bayside. The gulf side is within walking distance, and our kids are young adults and they loved that just right across the street in the front of the building is all of the restaurants and bars. It is absolutely the perfect location in the middle of everything. We loved it!

Great location with awesome views!

The condo was very clean and nice. The only issue we had was at no fault of the host. Unfortunately we were there during some construction so it was loud. And we had some smoking neighbors so sitting on the lovely balcony was something we didnt get to enjoy much. The views are amazing. Overall this was a very nice stay!

Absolutely beautiful condo, fantastic view.

This condo is just about perfect. Front gate leads you to the elevator, which takes you right next to this condo. Spacious, beautifully decorated, large balcony looking over the Sabine Bay. Within walking distance to anything you want to do. Only bad mark is the bed in the main bedroom is extremely noisy. It's so bad, you don't even want to move in it. Also, the pool was just too cold to get in, and the weather was in the high 80's all week.

Great location with beautiful sunsets

Loved the condo!! Fantastic property and cannot beat the sunset evening view with paddle boarders and kayakers heading out. Only recommendation is for the beds in the second bedroom. Both beds are hard and uncomfortable. If you have a foam mattress topper, you might want to bring it with you. Master bedroom was comfy and nice to have direct access to balcony. Communication was great too.

We frequently travel to Pensacola Beach & have stayed at most hotels & condos along the beach. We often choose to stay at South Harbour because it is so close to many of our favorite things (Crabs, Bear Fruit Bowls. Flounders, Grand Marlin, & the boardwalk for shopping). We have stayed in many units at South Harbour & are overall happy with our choice. The pool is big enough & not crowded for our needs as a family with 2 teen girls, (it has steps for little ones but no zero entry & nothing entertaining unlike some of the hotels in the area).This unit had everything we needed for the 4 of us. It was clean, couches were comfortable.I have 3 recommendations for the owners to make this a better stay.Beds:Please invest in new beds. It has been stated in other reviews as well. The master is a queen bed (which is already a negative) but it is so uncomfortable & noisy. If you or your partner roll over the entire bed creaks & shakes & you roll into the center of the bed. The twin beds in the spare room were also uncomfortable. My girls asked to sleep on the couch because of it. Dressers: The closets are big but there is nowhere to unpack your clothes for a week except for a small side table.Fobs:There is only one fob for the unit which is inconvenient if you have parties that split up.You can go through the car gate with a code but getting in from pool is hard with just one fob.All in all this is a nice unit & complex to stay in. I do recommend the unit & South Harbour

Beautiful iew

The view from the balcony was top-notch; evening sunsets were spectacular. The pool is shaded in the afternoon which helps to cut the heat. The walking distance from the pool area to Sandshaker makes for convenient refills of Bushwackers. The condo was clean and easy walking distance to major restaurants like Flounders, Shaggy’s, Crabs, even breakfast bests like Native CafĂ© and Neomaya, as well as the beach. The biggest downside was the terrible bed in the master bedroom. It squeaked so much that as soon as one person moved the other was inevitable woken up. The mattress was better in my old dorm room. The bay was so beautiful. It would’ve been nice to have kayaks that were part of the condo rental.

Communication with property was horrible

On the arrival I was not able to check in because I was sent the wrong code. I had to pick up my gate fob from a liquor store, which was very strange. I requested information weeks before checking in, so I would not run into any problems once I got there she did send the correct code to me, but she also sent me a different room number so the communication with the property is not good and the floors were filthy. The beds were not comfortable but it’s a good location just not good property management.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect and the condo is beautiful. One thing I would suggest is to have a bigger coffee maker as we love our coffee and had to make multiple pots a day. Still, we had a great time!
