Magnifique vue sur le golfe depuis ce 5Ăšme Ă©tage, condo face au golfe!

Les vues sont spectaculaires depuis ce condo au 5e étage face au golfe à Emerald Isle, le favori de tous. Idéalement situé juste en face du bureau de Paradise Beach Homes (facilite l'enregistrement!), Emerald Isle est une tour de 17 étages avec deux piscines (dont une chauffée en hiver), un bain à remous et un centre de fitness.

Emerald Isle # 502 est géré professionnellement par Paradise Beach Homes.

Emerald Isle 502 est un deux chambres joliment décorées pouvant accueillir six personnes, avec un roi dans la chambre principale, un lit queen dans le canapé-lit d'invité et un lit queen dans le salon. Les salles de bains ont toutes deux des améliorations de lavabo.

C'est le meilleur endroit de toute l'Ăźle pour regarder les Blue Angels voler pendant leur spectacle de plage annuel d'Ă©tĂ© maintenant pour rĂ©server votre place! À la fin d'une journĂ©e ensoleillĂ©e sur la plage, il y a du divertissement pour tout le monde avec une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat dans tout le condo et une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite. Laveuse et sĂ©cheuse en condo. SituĂ© Ă  seulement un demi-mile de la zone centrale de la plage, des magasins et des restaurants.

En raison de la réglementation HOA, deux voitures maximum par réservation.

Great condo right on Pensacola Beach! This is our second year in a row staying at Emerald Isle and it never disappoints. The view from the balcony is top notch and had plenty of space for the 5 of us. Location is key being right down the street from all the great restaurants as well. I would recommend anyone that wants a nice Gulf vacay to stay at Emerald Isle for sure!

Great location

Place was stocked with basic dishes, was clean and had a great view of the water. We watched the Blue Angels from the beach and the next day watched from the balcony. Both ways we had a great view.

Everything was as described. The only complaint is the lack of elevators functioning. The beach is beautiful and a nice walk to the pier. It could have been a perfect vacation had the government shut down taken place. In any case, I would stay again and recommend it, but if elevators not repaired I would stay on the first four floors for stairs access.

Great location!

The condo is close to several bars and restaurants. The pool was very nice. We just wished the condo included beach chair service.

The property was wonderful! The only thing to complain about was the locks on balcony doors were hard to lock and unlock. It took a lot of strength to do so. The property is located in a good area. You can walk basically wherever you wanted to go but its also towards the end away from most traffic. I would definitely rent again!

The condo was beautiful, everything was nice and everything worked great! My only complaint was the floors! Not sure the cleaning crew vacuumed! There was so much sand I hand to sweep when we got there! Overall a beautiful place and would stay again!!

Everything about Emerald Isle is great. Our unit was perfect for the four of us. The only issue was the mattress in the master bedroom, it was at the end of its life. Other than that, we will be back.

Condo was nice. Spacious and a lovely view. Busier area than we are used to in PCB so more people to dodge on the beach. Boardwalk made it easy to get to the beach. Pool was busy but always clean. 4 stars because for a huge complex, there were only two elevators, one of which was down most of the time. Not anything that the owner could do about that- just made elevator wait times ridiculous.

Great place, great location. Only problem we had was when we called for the late check in information we were told they would text me the info. By time we landed i had no text and we spend 2 hrs trying to find where we needed to be to ger our access codes. Would stay again even after the inconvenience of that. The place was spectacular itself!
