Notre maison a été professionnellement décoré et nommé d'anticiper tous vos besoins tout en vacances.

Le plan d'étage à trois niveaux avec trois chambres de maßtre offre beaucoup d'intimité. Le premier étage se compose de deux chambres (Master avec un lit Queen et salle de bain complÚte avec baignoire et douche et 2Úme chambre a deux lits jumeaux avec propre grande salle de bain complÚte), une cuisine gastronomique entiÚrement approvisionné avec comptoirs en granit et en acier inoxydable Appareils Bosch et Monogram, salon avec foyer et téléviseur 4K Ultra HD, salle Florida séparée pour les enfants avec TV HD, salle à manger avec une grande table pour toute la famille, et terrasse enveloppante avec siÚges Patio et Jenn-Air 6 brûleur Gril à gaz en acier inoxydable.

Le 2Úme niveau offre deux chambres de maßtre, une buanderie et une bibliothÚque (grande sélection de livres pour votre plaisir de lire). La bibliothÚque, d'un cÎté, donne sur le salon pour une grande sensation ouverte, et de l'autre cÎté, la cour de tennis communautaire. La premiÚre chambre principale a un lit King, balcon privé, grande salle de bain avec baignoire Jacuzzi séparée pour deux et douche, TV Ultra HD 4K, et cheminée. Le deuxiÚme maßtre a un lit Queen et une grande salle de bain complÚte.

Monter l'escalier en colimaçon jusqu'au loft de 3e niveau - parfait pour les enfants! Il a 2 lits gigognes chacun avec un seul retrait - 4 couchages.

Le plancher de niveau d'entrée a le stockage pour les serviettes et des chaises de plage. Toutes les chambres ont des ventilateurs de plafond, de grands placards et des planchers de bambou avec des tapis. Le salon, salle à manger, une bibliothÚque et une grande chambre ont de beaux planchers de bambou avec tapis. Parking pour un maximum de six voitures (deux voitures couvertes) et deux douches extérieures pour plus d'espace, de confort et de commodité. Pour ceux d'entre vous qui ne peuvent pas laisser tout votre travail à la maison ou pour les enfants qui doivent se connecter avec leurs amis, vous pourrez vous connecter à notre réseau domestique sans fil haute vitesse.

Notre Seabreak Gated Community est idĂ©al pour des vacances en famille. SituĂ© dans une zone connue sous le nom "Les Resorts Quiet" vous pourrez profiter du meilleur des deux mondes - "une escapade de tout retraite qui est proche de tout"! Il a la sĂ©curitĂ© d'une plage de la vie gardĂ©e - calme et pittoresque, et la proximitĂ© de terrains de golf (Ă  moins de 5 minutes). Une courte et agrĂ©able de la maison (sur les trottoirs privĂ©s de la communautĂ©) et vous ĂȘtes sur la plage - pas de rues principales qui traversent! Vous ĂȘtes Ă  seulement quelques minutes des Bethany Beach Boardwalk, restaurants et boutiques - quelque chose pour tout le monde dans la famille. The home was absolutely spectacular. Great layout and spacious with very comfortable furnishings. Favorite room was the kitchen which was very large and had every appliance and utensil you could want. The beach for the community was picturesque. Highly recommend this property if your looking for a relaxing, family beach vacation.

I would give a 4.5 for the overall rating if I could. The neighborhood and proximity to the beach as well as the layout of the house were great. Private beach is a big plus. Close to shopping and boardwalk in both Bethany Beach and Rehoboth.

Great house for a couple of families!

Best Location in Bethany Beach! The private beach and location of the home was perfect. The beach was quiet and very clean with lifeguards. The house was beautiful and the owner provided plenty of beach chairs which was great! The only thing I would suggest is a deep clean of the home and add more plates, cooking utensils and mid-size frying pans to the kitchen. The house was very comfortable and the pickleball court next door was fun! I would not hesitate to rent this home again! The owner was a great host and available at any time.

Great location and amenities

We very much enjoyed our time at this house. We had 11 people, ages 87-15. Having 2 first floor bedrooms was a great help. Kitchen and grill was amazingly appointed and allowed for lots of amazing meals.

The best house in all of North Bethany! This is more than just a rental property. It is a home which is lovingly maintained and thoughtfully managed for the highest guest experience. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was fully stocked, the furnishings were tasteful, the bathrooms were modern/updated and the location was superb. We enjoyed the little extras like cornhole and pickleball. You can walk to the boardwalk. I truly cannot think of anything negative. Jorge is kind and helpful and willing to go above and beyond to make sure you are happy.

Ample space for families to hang out. Very short walk to the beach. We had a great week. For the price, some small items should be repaired or fixed. For instance, ants in the living room, tub in lower bathroom not draining well, several wall outlets not charging, water dispenser on fridge running over.

A vert nice, clean, place. Great location. The host was very responsive. The 2nd Floor Master Bedroom with a queen bed does not have an ensuite bath, you have to go out into the hall. We would have still rented the place knowing that, but was a bit surprised based on the online listing.

Our entire family loved the home and all of the accomodations. The ability for everyone in our family to get together, have their own beds, areas large enough to play games, hang out, and eat as a family.... The little kids, and some older one, enjoyed the whirl pool bath. The short stroll to the beach was nice and most of us even braved the ocean in mid May. And VT stickers are always a plus!! We plan on coming back next year.

Wonderful Respite

We had a wonderful stay at this house which had everything we needed for me, my husband, our daughter (8) and our mom. Enough space to spread out and have alone time when we wanted, but great space to hang out as a family in all of the various spaces (which we do most often). Having a tennis court next door and the beach just steps away we’re awesome! Although we didn’t venture out much due to COVID there is plenty to do in the area if people want that option. The owner was highly responsive and super helpful with anything we needed (which wasn’t much). We are looking forward to coming back again next year!

Family Beach Week

The house was clean and neat with all the space we needed for our family reunion of 9 adults and 3 kids. Even the communal table was big enough for all of us. There were plenty of beds & bathrooms including two outdoor showers! The three kid cousins loved the loft for sleeping which they called the « clubhouse ». We chose to bring our own towels and linens but would rent them next time. The easy access to the beach was even easier when we discovered the boardwalk style sidewalks that brought us past the other houses (all two of them) to the beach access. Truly memorable trip that was too short.

I cannot say enough good things about our week in Bethany Beach! From my very first interaction with Jorge in August 2021, I have been so impressed with his attention to every detail. The house was fabulous. It was so spacious for my family. The kitchen is amazing. Very modern & well equipped with anything we needed. The refrigerator is huge as was the pantry. We spent much time on the beautiful deck. The master bathroom was so beautiful. After spending 15+ years at another beach community, it was delightful being on the uncrowded beach at this gated community. The description of this home was not exaggerated in the listing. It exceeded my expectations. Thanks to Jorge for everything he did to make our family vacation so special. My heart belongs to Bethany Beach!

Beautiful Beach Retreat

The location of this house was fantastic - a quick walk to the private life-guarded beach and on a quiet street right next to the community tennis court. Perfect for our group with small children who could play outside the house and ride bikes and close enough to the beach that everyone could walk. The house itself is quite big and had great living spaces for a large group. The kitchen was well stocked with all you'd need to prepare large meals. The deck was perfect for eating crabs and grilling out. Propane was provided and the linen service is worth the cost. The owner was quick to respond to one glitch when we got there and our stay was wonderful. There is plenty of parking for several cars and the rooms are spacious. The bathrooms are all updated as is the kitchen. It was clean and ready for us to drop everything and get to the beach! The outdoor showers were great also so that we could keep the sand outside the house. We will definitely keep this rental on our short list for a large group. Thank you to the owner for such a great venue!

Beautiful Bethany Beach House

The house was just as described and depicted on VRBO---absolutely perfect!! The rooms were spacious and it was great to have 3 master bedrooms. The dĂ©cor is beachy but classy. We ate out often on the deck which also had a large and comfy sectional. The large refrigerator really helped us as we have a variety of finicky eaters and everyone had room for their food. The washer and dryer are also huge---great for the beach towels. The kitchen had all of the appliances pots/pans, dishes needed. Sooo glad there was a beach cart. The beach is just a short walk and was never crowded. Bethany boardwalk is close by as are numerous restaurants and fun activities (arcade, mini-golf, hiking in the park. If you stay here, be sure to make a trip to Bonkey’s for ice cream!! We did have one plumbing issue (clogged shower drain) which we noticed on our first use. Jorge took care of it right away. We called Jorge before we came and a couple of times during out stay. Jorge always answered promptly and was always cheerful and helpful.

Our Family Stay 22

The house had good space for a variety of family activities. The kitchen was very nice. Since there were several older adults in the group, the suggestion was made that the tub with a shower could use a grab bar for safety. Also, the front living room was very dark at night and could use an additional lamp. The house being next to the tennis/pickle ball court was an asset that our family enjoyed. We learned how to play pickle ball. Overall the house was a delight.

This house worked really, really well for our family vacation. It's spacious without feeling disconnected, the kitchen is really amazing, and we fit 10 people very comfortably. It's easy to get to the private beach, and the outdoor showers are really useful. Jorge was great at communication and we highly recommend this property.

Awesome beach house in beautiful neighborhood

We couldn't have been happier with this beach house. It was beautifully designed with a GORGEOUS new kitchen! It was very clean and everything was in great working order, including the new grill on the deck. We loved the location and the neighborhood boardwalks to the beach were very convenient. Jorge was very responsive when we had questions and we will definitely be returning next summer! :)

Magnificent Beach House

Our first family vacation with our adult kids and grandkids (ages 1-6) was wonderful. Jorge’s home was absolutely beautiful, immaculate, and well appointed. It provided an easy walk to the beach and an accessible drive to Downtown. The outdoor showers (two!) were a big hit with adults and kids alike. Our private beach was patrolled by attentive lifeguards who even rescued a child’s toy that washed away. The kitchen was brand new and made us all want to renovate our own kitchens!! We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had a lovely week's stay this beautiful property. GORGEOUS kitchen, plenty of room to spread out and a five-minute walk to a private beach. Jorge the owner was super responsive.

Beautiful beach house

This place far exceeded our expectations. It is a beautiful, updated, clean home with easy access to the beach as it has a walking bridge that leads straight there. Just a 2 minute walk. The private beach was a huge plus!! Felt like we had a huge portion of the beach all to ourselves. I wish we could stay here over and over but our growing family is going to exceed the max person limit. The owner is very easy to communicate with and always responded very quickly. Can’t recommend this place enough and I’ve stayed at many Vrbo’s in Bethany beach!!
