Welcome to your dream vacation rental! Nestled in the beautiful Bethany West neighborhood of Bethany Beach, this newly constructed home (completed in January 2025) is the perfect getaway for families and groups seeking a relaxing coastal retreat. Located just one mile from Bethany’s clean, sandy shores. The home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac an offers a serene and safe environment, making it an ideal spot for children to play freely while providing peace of mind for families seeking relaxation and enjoyment. Photos will be updated as we make progress towards completion.

The spacious 2,587 sq. ft. home features 5 bedrooms, 4 full baths, and 1 half bath, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests (three bedrooms have private bathrooms). The home has an open-concept layout, ideal for entertaining family and friends, and a cozy screened-in porch to enjoy the coastal breeze.

One Master bedroom with king bed and private bath is on the first floor. Another Master bedroom with king bed and private bath on the second floor. The second floor also has a Queen bedroom with private bath and two Jack-and-Jill rooms with bunk beds, trundle beds, and a shared full bath.

Amenities include linens and towels, high-speed internet, Xfinity streaming TV sevice, a large flatscreen TV in the living room, washer/dryer, and an outdoor shower for post-beach rinses.

Community perks include two outdoor pools, a fitness center, a playground, multiple pickleball courts, tennis courts, and kayak ramp. The recreation fee for using the community amenities is $30 per person per week or $10 per person per day (subject to change by community). The seasonal Bethany Trolley stops at the top of the street every 30 minutes (only $0.25 per ride) for easy access to town and the beach.

The house had everything we needed and it was an extra plus not having to bring sheets and towels. Decorated beautifully and walking distance to restaurants and liquor store. Also house has other amenities but due to the winter season they were not available to use but nice to have in summer. Great house with plenty of space and bathrooms for all.

First and foremost was the cleanliness of this home and then the accommodations were wonderful! All brand new with spacious living area that provided a home away from home for 5 teenagers and 5 adults. Kudos to the Irwin’s and thank you for your hospitality! We’ll be back!

House is beautiful, comfortable, fully stocked, great kitchen. Bedrooms and bathrooms were large, as were the kitchen and great room. We had extended family in for a long weekend for a family wedding sharing the house. 4 bathrooms gave everyone family its own space. Kitchen well stocked. Great communication with owners- easy access. Restaurants and coffee shops in walking distance. Highly recommend.

Bill's home was absolutely perfect for our family. The home is beautiful and well appointed. The location was ideal, we enjoyed being able to walk to local restaurants. My husband played pickle ball every morning and is now hooked! Truly could not have been any better! Thank you, Bill!

Beautiful Home, great location.

This home is beautiful and in a great location. We’ve stayed in Bethany West before but this home was in the best location. Easy to get in and out of the community and in walking distance to some stores and restaurants. Easy access to the beach also The owner is extremely friendly and very easy to communicate with and prompt. It’s very nicely furnished with plenty of space for a large group. Would love to stay again.

We had a great stay at this beautiful new home! The location is great being near restaurants and having a quiet neighborhood to take walks through with our little ones was so nice. The house is exactly as pictured. New, clean and plenty of space for a large family. There were even some baby items provided (pack and play, high chair, booster seat - all brand new!) which was so helpful with 3 little ones. We love Bethany and especially love Bethany west and will definitely be back!

Mr. Irwin was great to work with. The house wasn’t completed when we booked and he kept us updated with pics. He sent us all the info we needed a week before the stay. The house was great. The kitchen was well stocked. The towels and sheets are supplied and I always worry - will there be enough towels? Will they be nice big fluffy towels or small thin ones and we were pleasantly surprised! Nice large fluffy towels and enough for everyone. The screened in porch was really nice to relax or play card games. All the rooms were exactly as shown and it was very clean when we got there. Parking was easy and the outside shower was great when returning from the beach. Some of the older kids were able to catch the trolley (it’s free!)that goes through the development and hit the beach or go shopping when the adults and the grandkids were resting. The pool was great, not very full when we went which is nice when you have kids that splash around, we also made use of the park and the basketball court. Everyone really enjoyed the house - it was spacious a great rental for larger family!

Coming Back Cuz We Love Your House!

From the time we walked in we were knew this was going to be a wonderful family vacation! The huge open first floor with kitchen, dining and family room was the first of many highlights for our growing family! So much space for our 1 yr old granddaughter to run around! Beautiful wood floors and so much space in the kitchen to prepare food. Well equipped not only with dishes, pots and pans, and cooking essentials but also the owners stocked start up items such as dish detergents, paper products, hand soaps which helped until we shopped. Outdoor grill and shower both are such convenient things The house is beautifully furnished and the amount of streaming services available is fantastic especially since we had 3 days of rain! The screened in porch off the living room was a favorite to sit and relax. Having 2 beautiful main bedrooms is such a luxury for families with adult children and babies! We also have a 3 month old and the gorgeous upstairs main bedroom with extended ceilings huge windows that provide natural daylight and a comfy recliner for late night baby feedings is a game changer! Having a bathroom for every BR makes vacation with several families sharing one home is a great amenity! Each bath is just as beautiful as the next with nice tile, spacious walk in showers, and tastefully decorated! We appreciate the rug floors in BRs and the stairs as we have running babies! The community amenities were fantastic, we used all! Parking passes provided made it easy for beach
