NEW Listing in downtown Lewes with a Private Pool!!

Completely renovated single story home on Paynter Avenue in Historic Lewes! With all new bathrooms, kitchen, flooring and so much more, this home is ready for your vacation rental! And to top it off, the backyard features a private in-ground swimming pool for your enjoyment.

All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.

This property does not allow pets.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.

The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as Owner on VRBO. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked you will be contacted by the management company and sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed. Apart from Damage Protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking.

Amazing stay

It was a beautiful and clean house with an amazing backyard. Short walk to shops and drive to park and beach. We had an amazing stay, the house was beautifully done with great kitchen!

Amazing Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had such a wonderful experience at Paynter! The house was just the right size for 4 adults and 2 kids. The backyard was a homerun! Returning from the beach and having the pool to cool off to was amazing. Town was super close, and was a nice walk for ice cream at the end of a long day. I would highly recommend this property to anyone with young kids that enjoy the beach and the pool and anyone who likes to walk to dinner.

The kitchen is well stocked with anything you could need, each room has helpful details like hooks, reading lights and chargers. The outside space is a perfect way to unwind; you can play in the pool, sun on a chaise lounge, or enjoy your morning coffee out at one of the tables. The decor is stylish and the whole home was spotless! I would stay here again for sure.
