The Duchess is a private, lower-floor suite of the house. The whole house (Duke & Duchess) is also available for rent, if you want space to host up to 6 more guests.

LIVING ROOM Having guests over or need a space for the kids? This living room is ideal for entertaining or spending some time on your own. You can get comfy on either the love seat sofa or one of the chairs that give the room personality and flair.
BEDROOMS In keeping with the modern and simple design, you’ll find the bedrooms are not only highly comfortable but also stylish. We’ve chosen subdued color palettes for each room to provide an atmosphere of calm so you can have a fantastic night`s sleep and be ready for whatever the next day brings.
Sleeping Arrangements:
Bedroom #1: This bedroom features a double bed and also has a workstation that will allow you to be away from distractions. The large windows will let in lots of natural light.
Bedroom #2: Also has a comfortable double bed with luxurious linens.
This home sleeps 4 guests comfortably.
BATHROOM Located just outside of each bedroom, this full bath is gorgeous and adds a nice level of convenience before you start your day!
MODERN KITCHEN This kitchen is a pleasure to spend time preparing meals in. We’ve equipped the kitchen with a sleek French door fridge and stainless steel oven, a coffee maker and a beautiful granite countertop island that offers additional bar seating. The dining nook adds more functionality for you and your friends or family.
Supplies Included Are: A full set of pots/pans/platters for large meals. Serving utensils. A complete set of knives. Popcorn maker Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Toaster, Coffee Maker, Mixers Stocked with coffee, tea, salt, pepper and all your basic condiments.
OUTDOOR SPACE You will have your own private entrance in the backyard as well as a BBQ/outdoor grill, and you won`t need to worry about having your own space and privacy!
CONSUMABLES Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.

How do check-in and check-out work? We’ve made this completely seamless for you. Upon booking, you will receive our welcome email with all the information you need for a contactless check-in and check-out.
Is parking included? Yes. There’s, a driveway in the front of the house as well as street parking.
Is there a grocery store nearby? Yes. There are tons of shopping options in the area. The closest grocery store is Real Canadian Superstore, approximately 5 minutes away.
Are there restaurants nearby? This city retreat is surrounded by great restaurant options, from fast food to upscale places with amazing tapas. This location cannot be beat!
Is there a laundry room? Yes. A full-size washer and dryer are available for your use.

Quiet area close to main stream roads,
Facility was very clean, communications with the property manager and the in/out process was flawless.

Great short term stay during Stampede
Nice, newly renovated and furnished suite that was spacious enough for 4 adults. Owners responded quickly to any concerns or questions. Of note, the beds are a bit on the small side and the internet (and streaming) was spotty.

The suite was super clean and new. All amenities that we required were there and the quiet neighbourhood location was great. The only thing that we recommend is to improve the quality of the mattresses. We would definitely stay again!!

Just like home
I walked in the door and it felt like home. I love to cook my own food as I have a lot of restrictions in my diet. I also love to cook for others. Everything I needed was in the kitchen plus a few bonus products in the cupboard which added the flavor I needed to the food I was cooking. Then after a long travel day my bed was delightful. My colleague thought hers was a little too soft. Everything was clean and new and didn't feel like we were in a basement unit. We couldn't hear any noise, either the neighbors are quiet or the place is well soundproofed.We will be coming back again! It is a convenient location for the purpose of our trip.

Absolutely Perfect
The place was spotless...new and .very well maintained and had everything we needed to make our stay wonderful. Loved that they had a washer and dryer with the place. New appliances and comfy beds and linens. Bathroom was great.....clean with new everything.
There were 2 of us with our dogs and they have provided a great little outdoor wood chip potty area.
The host replied to our inquiries right away and it was so great to get instructions on what he wanted us to do when we left.
The area is very quiet, safe with cute well maintained houses. It is close to the freeway system so easy to get around Calgary.
All in all one of the nicest places we have stayed in. Would definitely stay there again.

Check in was relatively straightforward.
Centrally located in a primarily quiet, residential area, the house was close to a major mall and not far from downtown Calgary, as well as the International airport.
The basement unit itself was in very good condition and had all the amenities one could require, for a brief or longer stay.
2 furnished bedrooms with ample closet space, as well as a 4 piece bathroom complete with towels and toiletries, made for a comfortable experience.
To describe it as a "Full Scale Kitchen" doesn't do the space justice. Literally has everything needed to prepare and cook for those renting the apartment and their guests, if any.
There is also a modest dining area and large living room with plenty of seating.
Having central heat, as well as big windows for light in this finished basement, were a welcome addition.
The laundry room with full size machines and cleaning supplies was an added bonus.
There were also all the little additional touches throughout, like inspiring messages and just the right amount of decor without making the place feel cluttered.
The owners really went above and beyond.
One item that should have been better thought out, was the set up with respect to the upstairs apartment. Although each unit has a separate entry, it is possible for either unit's guests to access the other's units, as no key was provided to lock our individual door. I brought this to the owner's attention, however they never addressed my concern.
