Welcome to our relaxing "staycation" home, just minutes away from major highways to see all of what Los Angeles has to offer.
15 minutes to Universal Studios/Hollywood. 20min to downtown. 30min to beaches.
The house offers great amenities such as parking spaces, pool, firepit, bbq grill, outdoor furniture, lightning fast WiFi, smart TVs, kitchenware, washer/dryer, and air conditioning.
Perfect for families and friends who want to visit Los Angeles or simply relax by the pool and stay in.
The space
The home offers large families a perfect place to get together and relax. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are located on the ground floor while the additional 2 bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs on the second floor.
Rooms are located close to the living spaces but distant enough for everyone to have their peace and quiet. Whether you are watching a movie in the living room, enjoying a meal in the dining room, relaxing by the poolside or enjoying the outdoor seating by the firepit - there are many places to enjoy the space and socialize.
Guest access
The home is minutes from the 5, 170, 101, 118, 405, and many other freeways.

You will have access and privacy to the entire home except for the garage which is used for storage and has a separate entrance on the side of the house.

The house is beautiful and very clean. The pool looked amazing but it was raining so we didn’t use it. We felt very welcomed and our host was very responsive when we reached out. We would love to stay here again!

Argenis’ house was the perfect spot for a group of friends visiting LA. The house was clean and well equipped. It was very spacious, with plenty of room both inside and out. We spent time around the big dining table and on the patio by the pool. The location was close to lots of the sites we wanted to see. Argenis could not have been more welcoming and responsive! I recommend a stay at Argenis’ place!

Universal area trip

Close to Universal 15 minutes Not much around VRBO as to restaurants. We ate at Universal City walk or cooked at home. Pool was great.

Absolutely awesome

I was a little nervous about the area with the main street to get there (Linkershim?) But once we turned off that it was fantastic. Loved the pool and watching planes go to the airport. Toilet seat in main bathroom 1st floor is loose and the toilet paper holder was missing a side (these are just FYIs, not complaints)Wonderful property if you are planning a Universal Studios trip.Thank you!!

Perfect place in LA

Great Family Space

We loved the location and were able to enjoy the hills, the beach and Universal Studios during our stay. There were plenty of beds and bathrooms. Everything was clean and just right!

Not what we expected

We booked this home because it could accommodate our two families and had a pool for the kids. At the time of booking, the instructions for pool heating were to let the owner know 7 days in advance for heating. I did so and was informed that the heater was non-functional but there was a hot tub. Too bad the small inflatable hot tub barely got warm after three days. It continued to show error messages and beep incessantly. It would have been okay if we could also enjoy the interior of the house but the smell of sewage and mildew from the main floor bathroom was overpowering. The owner sent a plumber who tightened the toilets and replaced one but it did not deal with the issue. Cooking was also difficult with only three butter knives in the kitchen, incomplete dish sets and a lack of cooking basics like mixing bowls and pasta strainers. This made it challenging to be able to prepare meals and sit down together for a meal with everyone having the plates, bowls and cutlery that they needed. I will say that the beds were comfortable and the owner responded quickly but this is not a place I would stay again.

Yearly vacation

The home was perfect for our needs while we took our yearly family trip. This was a first time for us using VRBO. I could not have asked for a anything better. Very clean, very roomy and very good communication with host. Definitely planning to use this house again.
