Beautiful 4 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home less than 5 minutes from the beach. Easy walking access to boardwalk and beach. 4 Beach Badges provided.
Above ground pool installation for the 2026 Summer season
Professionally cleaned and sanitized for each new guest.
Free WIFI and smart TV use
Comes with 4 beach badges ($520 value), children under 12 have free access, beach cart with 4 chairs and umbrella for beach use
All newer furniture, couches replaced in 2025 with a tasteful and upscale design. Spacious and modern home. Some basics provided with rental include toilet paper, dishwashing detergent, and paper towels.
Great amenities including washer, dryer, dishwasher, toaster, air fryer, Keurig coffee maker. Large and spacious outdoor property with a deck and furniture. Outdoor gas grill. 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms upstairs. Recently updated and ready for some enjoyment. Large yard with a large deck for enjoyment with ample space to play.
Bed sheets, blankets, and towels available for rental for $250 per rental term.
Walking distance to downtown Point Pleasant Beach, easy access to all of the restaurants and boutiques. Grocery store and amenities within walking distance. Also few minute walk from the central boardwalk area.
Large driveway with parking for up to 4 cars
We allow some pets with an additional pet fee charged
No Parties allowed / No smoking / vaping on the property
Minimum 7 night rentals
Check in at 3pm and Checkout at 10am
Smart locks to allow self check in / property manager on call for any issues.
Property can also be accessed from shorepointsvacations.com or James Ward for better rates.
2026 Season will have a pool for enjoyment also.

2. Occupant information including email and phone number must be provided to the town for each rental party
3. Garbage and recycling are to be placed in separate / proper containers and placed at the curbside the night before and removed by 1pm the day of collection or fines will be applied.
** Renter will be responsible for any fines / tickets that are issued by the town
These are the town rules, not ours, please help us by complying and making it a joyful experience for all guests of the house.
