Welcome to a piece of history in Spokane Valley, The Cosby Cottage! This modern-style cottage sleeps 4 and is long-rumored to have originally been built by Bing Crosby for his parents in 1939. Fully remodeled in 2023 with thoughtful upgrades and decor. Walkable to a city park and bus system, with easy I-90 access to downtown Spokane, airport, CDA, mountains, lakes, and shopping. Amazon Fire TV for time indoor. Ample private parking. Scent-free sheets and bedding. Coded fence gate lock and electronic front door deadbolt. We look forward to hosting you! **PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately, our beautiful courtyard tree died and had to be cut down, and the current outdoor photos don't reflect the change. We're sad to see our tree go, but happy we can still provide a beautiful, peaceful courtyard for your stay!**

Loved our Crosby Cottage

This is an excellent VRBO retreat! The cottage is very well stocked! It has everything you will need. Close to shopping and the freeway! We throughly enjoyed our extended stay! The hosts are there for anything you might need! You will not be disappointed in this VRBO listing.

Quaint, easy and quiet

Great little place with all the amenities. Was originally built in 1939, I believe, next to a gorgeous, huge house. Very close to all I needed. Not a place for a big dinner or more than 2 more people, but thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful time.

Cottage was cozy, relaxing and Impeccably clean. It met all our needs, it was close to restaurants, shopping and Dr appts, yet location was quiet and private.

Such a cool, quiet gem in the city! Loved our overnight stay. The kitchen had all the tools necessary to cook a hearty dinner and breakfast. Entry, parking and communication with the owner was excellent! The livingroom was cozy and the bed was super comfy! Will be reccomending to friends and family when they come through town!

Cute cottage!

This was just as listed and nicely appointed! Great area of town, off street parking, private courtyard and lovely finishes. My husband and I have remodeled a lot and they did a beautiful job updating this cottage. I truly appreciate the coffee, filters, even sugar creamer and nice snacks. It was very thoughtful of the owner. Would highly recommend.

The best cottage yet!

What a quaint, neat place to stay. This cottage has everything and is clean and in a perfect location. It was the perfect size for the 2 of us but could easily fit 3-4 as well. It’s so adorable inside and out and likely my most favorite cottage I’ve stayed in yet! Sarah also is wonderful and was happy I got to meet her too. She always answered right away and is so kind and helpful! Definitely would stay here again if back in Spokane Valley!

Great location in Spokane Valley. The place is freshly remodeled and clean with a couple electrical quirks (3- way switch incorrectly wired in kitchen, bedroom closet in dire need of lighting). Otherwise, a fantastic stay!
