Beautiful, comfortable, clean, roomie, quiet home to stay at. Owners kept in touch with us ensure everything was going well. We enjoyed being with our adult children to cook relax and just be together in a spacious home.

Lovely property with most amenities you might need. Well stocked with dishes, etc. Host went above and beyond providing small welcome grad celebration gift! Would absolutely consider booking again!

Wonderful Stay We found a jewel with this property. The owners were so helpful and had many great suggestions as to places to eat and things to do. The location of the house was close to everything. This house was so clean, and the owners attended every detail. Our family get-together really enjoyed the seating and the kitchen. There is so much space for multiple people to work in the kitchen, and the sleeping space was spread out, so people were not on top of each other. An excellent place for bigger families.

Great stay in FoCo

We came to Fort Collins along with a couple of cousins and their families to visit our daughter who is attending CSU and to watch CSU a football game. The house was great - it was very clean and very well appointed and there was plenty of space for our large group. The open floor plan on the main level with the kitchen / eating area / family room was a great space for us all to gather in. Overall we enjoyed our stay there and will definitely book again in the future.

Wonderful Stay and Great Hosts

We were here for a week of softball from Georgia, first time in Fort Collins. The hosts were amazing and always available for any questions. The house has more than everything you need and more than you would expect from a rental property. I cannot express how smoothly this has all gone for us and how nice the house and the neighborhood are and so convenient to Ft. Collins and all the restaurants and breweries. It's truly a perfect situation for anyone looking for a beautiful home and wonderful hosts.

The home was excellent, Clean and easy to find, Great location with walking distance to Old Town, local breweries, and great restaurants. I did not give 5 stars to check-in because I was having problems with accessing the VRBO app due to connectivity issues.

Graduation Celebration

This stay was for graduation weekend at CSU. We selected this property for its location to the old town area of FoCo and were not disappointed. Total was 7 adults, and everyone had a comfortable bedroom. The rooftop deck was awesome to end each day. The host responded immediately to any questions and is very friendly. Highly recommend!

A Great and Comfortable place to stay for drop off at CSU

An absolutely beautiful property.. We were in town to drop off our daughter. To college. The house is a very short car ride from campus and a walk from downtown. The host's where amazing no I made our stay very comfortable. We will definitely be back here soon!

The home and state were perfection!

We walked into this home and were all blown away. The cleanliness, organization and preparation to host a family was incredible. They thought of everything! We were able to walk and ride bikes downtown for shopping and restaurants. We cooked wonderful meals both nights in their beautiful kitchen and were able to take a much needed deep breath. Amazing home within walking distance of Old Town Fort Collins. The house is beautifully designed and the furniture is comfortable (especially the beds!). The hosts were very helpful and friendly and even left water bottles and chocolates on each of the nightstands :)Would highly recommend and we will be returning!

We rented this property for our grown children and grandchildren who came all together to visit us. This is an amazing property! The hosts thought of everything - even toys and bath toys for the children! There is plenty of room to spread out, the beds are comfortable, and the location is great! We will definitely be back if it’s available.
