This is a multi-level home with several sets of stairs. Entry to the house requires climbing stairs, all bedrooms are located on the third floor, and the laundry and game rooms are accessible via the basement stairs. All showers are located in bathtubs, which may not be ideal for guests with limited mobility. Please consider this when booking.

Very walkable area. Just a short walk to the nearest bus station, you will be less than 20 minutes from anywhere in Fort Collins. There are also several SPIN e-bike stations nearby. Uber and Lyft are readily available if needed.

Please also note that we ask that you do not have any drinks on or near the Pac-Man or Air Hockey table. Spills can cause extreme damage and may result in fines to fix or replace the units.

While our home is kid-friendly, it is not kid-proof, so please be aware when booking and staying. We also have a lot of stairs - there are stairs to get into the house and all bedrooms are on the top floor.
