Located in downtown Mill Run, just 5 minutes from Frank Lloyd Wright’s Fallingwater. Ohiopyle is an 8 minute drive south and Seven Springs Resort is a 25 Minute Drive north.

We have provided all the comforts of home including a fully equipped kitchen, linens and towels. Each of the 5 bedrooms has it own privately attached bathroom. There are two bedrooms on the first floor and three bedrooms on the second floor. Enjoy the large front porch and yard with fire ring and propane grill.

GENERAL LIABILITY WAIVER

Guests agree to read, understand and adhere to the rules below.

Use of Property Grounds:
You understand that hiking and using the streams and creeks on the property is at your own risk. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from those activities and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers (slips, trips, falls, animals, insects, drowning, etc.) associated with the use of the property. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, hiking, and use of the streams and creeks on the property. All Airbnb Guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Airbnb Guests and Airbnb Host.

Campfires:
Campfires must remain inside your fire ring, flames within reason above fire ring (NOT higher then 3 ft.).
Do not move the fire ring. Campers who move the fire ring will be immediately required to leave the property.


Noise:
Please be considerate of other guests staying at the property as well as our neighbors.
Quiet hours are from 9:00pm until 9:00am.
When returning to your Site, please be safe and considerate of your neighbors.

Children:
The property is unsupervised. Children under the age of sixteen (16) must be always supervised by a responsible adult and must be on the site they belong to every night by dusk.
Children under eighteen (18) years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult over the age of eighteen (18) anytime they are near the creek.

Firearms/Hunting:
Firearms are strictly always prohibited on the property.
