Plenty of space for our group of 7, space was clean and comfortable. Hot tub on the back deck was a very nice touch and was clearly maintained! Very happy with how close it was to Ohiopyle, the Laurel caverns and other activities !

This remote house was very spacious and had great amenities. Its location is close to rafting and waterfalls and natural waterslides and caverns and a doable drive to stores. The communication from the host could not have been better. While cell phone service is indeed spotty in that area, we were warned ahead of time so that we could be prepared and the WiFi worked great. Our family had a great vacation due, in large part, to our accommodations.

Had a great weekend at this property, I almost don't want to write a great review so that we don't have to compete to book again next year. The location is perfect for our group, with a great large backyard and creek-side fire ring. The A/C worked well and was a great escape from the heat.The house is well equipped and comfortable, the hot tub was *clean*, and we didn't have to hunt for anything. Will be booking here again!

Cedar Lodge has plenty of room for relaxing indoors as well as outdoors! The large kitchen is well equipped. Covered rear deck provides outdoor time even if its raining and the hot tub was a welcome relief after hiking in Ohiopyle.

Great no frills spot with everything we needed for a great long weekend in the Ohiopyle area. House was comfortable for our group of 7 but could hold 10 comfortably. Beautiful yard for the dog and kids to run around. Stream provided a relaxing soundtrack for the weekend and the hot tub was great after some long rainy hikes.Only suggestion is that the addition of a dishwasher would make this spot even better but we’d stay again without hesitation.Thanks!

Setting is nice, with private outdoor space. Kitchen had very basic supplies, but lacked a kitchen sink drain plug when we arrived, and didn't receive one until approximately 24 hours later. Needed to go buy coffee filters upon arrival.Biggest hiccup was not receiving the electronic guest book in advance, and with weak wifi (as is mentioned in their emails), it made it difficult to track down entry code and wifi password. I did not receive the entry text message or the email, as indicated in their communication. Be sure to track that down before arrival and let them know if you didn't receive it from the rental management prior to arrival. Nice stream in the backyard. Easy 15-minute drive to Ohiopyle SP. Checkout time is 10:30, which is on the early side, with an additional fee of 55 if request an one-hour extension.

The stay was nice, a few issues with plumbing, but nothing too bad, and the handyman showed up within an hour of our request. I would stay here again and would recommend to others.

Enjoyed our stay at Cedar Lodge very much. Regrettably, we had to leave a day earlier than reserved. A cozy and spacious home in a lovely rural area, close to several historical and architectural treasures and a few nice places to eat. Only issue was that the place had a pretty noticeable musty odor, maybe from recent rains, to the point where it affected the sleep of one member of our group. Otherwise, a very nice place for gathering with family & friends.

Great place!

This was our 2nd time booking this house, we absolutely love it there and we’re happy to see some updates they have made to the house to make it even better! The house was decorated for Christmas which added such a warm and cozy feel. Def recommend and we will be back!
