Located in the popular Seamist Condos this 2nd floor affordable condo is great for a couple, small family, or a few friends who want to go fishing or take in all Port A has to offer. This small complex has assigned parking and a great little pool. There is a boardwalk to the beach, so your feet can be in the sand in 5 minutes depending on how fast you walk. Having a washer and dryer in the condo is great too. So come on and enjoy Port Aransas in this cute and cozy affordable condo. Sleeps 4,(including children)

NOTE: 1 assigned parking space, limited overflow or golf cart parking. No Boats or trailers allowed. No Pets, No Smoking complex. This condo is located in the golf cart approved driving area.

Note: there is not an ocean view. The pictures with the ocean in them are to showcase the boardwalk.

This is a self catering property. We give you a start up supply of trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap and hand soap. This will most likely not be enough for your entire stay.

Even though the system may let you book this property, all reservations must and will be submitted to the owner of the property for final approval. Names and ages will be required for all reservations. Also, on the day of check in, only the named person on the reservation will be permitted to check in at our office. ID and Credit Card will be verified upon check in. NO Exceptions.

Must be 25 to reserve/stay. NO 3rd party rentals. Primary guests must be present for full stay. Only named guests permitted on property. No Parties.
As a reminder if your reservation falls between the dates of March 6-23rd if any guests are under the age of 25.
The reservation will be subject to extra scrutiny, and we reserve the right to cancel due to the age group of guests.

We do not allow parties or large groups. We aim to remain family friendly.
