With 550 sq ft of cozy coastal charm, a king bed, and a queen sleeper sofa, this hideaway comfortably sleeps up to 4.

This condominium unit is part of the Casa on the Beach Resort Rental Program and is managed by CCMS Resorts/CCMS, Inc. Rates are determined by the Co-Owner's Association. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book and check in, unless accompanied by a parent. A minimum stay of 3 nights is required for summer holiday weekends, including Memorial Day, Labor Day, and July 4th. The unit offers a studio, 1 bathroom, with a maximum occupancy of 4 persons. Please note that occupancy limits are strictly enforced.

We enjoyed our stay. The boardwalk to the beach needs more maintenance as the sand level was not sand wagon friendly at times.

The location, the room, and the amenities were all amazing. The only reason it is 4 stats instead of 5 is because the mattress on the pull out couch was awful-stained and very thin-needs replaced immediately! Our girls loved the pool, the very short walk to the beach, and the short drive to anywhere in the island!

Perfect!

We spent three nights in this condo and it was perfect for our needs. Clean, renovated, thoughtful welcome basket and note, wonderful location, well stocked. I especially liked the minimal walk from condo to beach and condo to car/parking lot. Very close to restaurants, shops, and anything else you may need yet quiet and relaxing.

Honeymoon Destination

My husband and I loved our stay here at Casa Condominiums! We were welcomed so nicely, leaving us a gift when we arrived, and the check in process was a breeze! We arrived pretty late after our wedding, but we had no issues getting into our room. With all the amenities and it being a short walk to the beach.. it was everything we could’ve asked for! Definitely recommend to anyone who is considering staying here for any reason! Thank you, Casa Condominiums!

I enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the pool was large and never busy.At check in I pulled up to side to empty my luggage and check in as instructed.I had a guy who looked like maintenance person come out and yelled at me about parking there but I was confused because I was told to park there and unload as I was alone with 2 kids and 6 pieces of luggage. Made the start a bit stressful but other than that, we loved it.

Overall a nice place. The room was comfortable and provided everything needed. The bathroom is very small as is the kitchen and the door on the fridge should be turned around, because it is hard to get into it. The pool area is nice and our view of it. The patio door leading to the balcony was hard to open and close. The stairwell needed some housekeeping attention. But, all in all, our stay was nice. Comfortable bed, cold A/C, and a short walk to the beach.

Enjoyed the balcony. The bed was very comfortable.. The stools could have been a little shorter, as Ihave mobility issues.The couch was nice and the decor was inviting. The kitchen was small for that size refrigerator. The ice trays were difficult to get the ice out if them . The 2 of us liked the extra mirror sink area for getting ready for the day. Beach access was good. My walking made it difficult just f9r me. The steps to the beach was very helpful..

Urine in beds

I have never been so disappointed in a property in my entire life went to lay our children down in the pullout bed at 9 o'clock, made the bed and they kept saying it smelled like pee we lifted the sheets and it was full of urine from somebody previous, and there were stains all over the bed from other states as well. Call the property manager went down to the office and it was an after hours person had the worst experience. They barged in after saying they didn't have spare bed/ an hour later had to wake my kids up. All four of us had to sleep in a king bed .

Cleanliness is always my number one priority when staying away from home. There were gnats that flew out of the sink every time we got close. We had food in the kitchen area which only added to the concern. The gnats would make their way into the entire condo. We would have loved to use the pool but the color (green) did not appeal to us, sadly we never got to use it despite having a whole pool day planned. The bathroom was very outdated and didn’t match the living room/bedroom area. The bathroom door had wood peeling from the bottom and there was no hand soap. The living room and bedroom did match the listing perfectly (a little deceiving from the rest of the unit) but the bed had a plastic underlay under the very think bed sheets which made for two extremely hot nights.
