Inside, you’ll find an open, airy layout with bold design touches like brass fixtures and black ceilings that give the space character and warmth. The interactive sand coffee table is a kid (and adult) favorite — fun, calming, and totally unique. With TVs in every room and ice-cold A/C, everyone can stay cool and entertained, no matter how hot the Florida sun gets.

For your convenience, check-in is completely contactless. You'll receive a unique automated door code shortly before your arrival—no need to meet anyone or pick up keys. Simply enter your code at the door anytime after check-in for a seamless arrival, whether you're coming straight from the airport or settling in after a day of travel.



The Neighborhood:

Rolling Hills is a peaceful, picturesque neighborhood known for its wide walking paths, beautiful ponds, and great fishing spots—perfect for enjoying nature right outside your door. Towering, mature oak trees provide plenty of shade and add to the serene atmosphere. Plus, you’re just a short, walkable distance from Starbucks and local shops, making it easy to grab your morning coffee or a quick bite without hopping in the car.



Getting Around:

Getting around from Timberland Lodge is easy and convenient. You’re just a 10-minute drive to Downtown Orlando, where you’ll find restaurants, shops, and entertainment. Major attractions like Disney, Universal, and SeaWorld are about 20 - 25 minutes away by car depending on time of day, making day trips simple. We recommend renting a car for the most flexibility, but rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available for shorter trips. Public buses and commuter trains serve the area too, if you prefer budget-friendly options.



Other Things to Note:

Safety first! For everyone’s well-being, no one is allowed on the water after sunset, and life jackets must be worn when using paddle boards or fishing from the lake.



We want you to feel right at home, so please treat the space and neighborhood with respect. Quiet hours start at 10 PM to keep the vibe peaceful for all.



The house has high-speed WiFi and smart TVs in every room—perfect for movie nights or remote work.
