HI, I'm Alise, my husband and 4 children have enjoyed family beach trips for years and now its our opportunity to share our home with you. Being a mom of 4, I have included all sorts of "necessities" in our home. One thing I pride myself in is entertainment... from rainy days to beautiful days the kiddos will always have something to do (but not too far from home!) When searching for rental homes I was always at a loss for round the clock entertainment ...WITHOUT devices! So, at our home the children can play games, air hockey, foosball, ride bikes, swim in the canal, walk to the bay (1 block over) or the beach (3 blocks over), the list in never ending. We are so able to entertain the adults!!! with a HUGE TV you can turn football on and face the covered porch while grilling at the same time. The ice machine is fantastic for coolers, and the drink fridge is great for making room in the big fridge for food and left overs!!!!

Keyless entry is a MUST while traveling~ the door code will be sent to you before your check in date keeping you from keeping up with a key!

I am NOT a property management company. We own the home, therefore you don't get the run around when you need something. We are happy and willing to help during check in or out!
Cleaners: We hire local cleaners who are passionate about their job and take great pride in treating our house like their own!

Located 2.5 miles from airport ONLY a 6 minute drive!!

pRiVaTe BoAt LaUnCh!!! its amazing to have a place to launch and park your boat. The launch also serves as a place for kids and dogs to exit the canal!

EXTRA INFO: Check in time is 4:00 PM CST. Check out time is 11:00 AM CST. Our staff needs time to properly clean, sanitize, inspect and maintain the property. Because the property is extremely heavily booked we are unable to offer early check ins, late check outs or luggage drop offs.

NOTE: This property is available for vacation rental only. Parties are strictly prohibited.
