Located in the town of Dauphin Island also known as the Sunset Capital of Alabama. Gorgeous split floor plan with beautiful views of the water from the living/dining/and kitchen areas. Sleeps 15 comfortably. 5 large bedrooms and 3 full baths. Fully equipped with many extras including all kitchen appliances, linens, towels, and outdoor gas grill. Bedrooms 2 and 3 include king sized beds and have private entrance and exits through french doors that open to the spacious back porch. The bedrooms and back porch area have some of the best views of the spectacular sunsets on Dauphin Island. Bedroom 1 includes another king sized bed with a gulf view. Bedroom 4 contains two sets of full sized bunk beds which are perfect for the kids. Bedroom 5 includes a full and twin sized bunk bed with old school style Ms. Pac Man and The Fast & The Furious arcade games. Board and card games are also included. All bedrooms and living area have Smart TV's. WiFi is included. Home has high chair and playpen for smaller children. Please be advised of the following information prior to placing a Reservation: Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 23. Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
