Welcome to St. Pete! Enjoy and make yourselves at home in our renovated craftsman home with a large wrap around front porch and spacious backyard. Well designed and decorated for a family or groups looking to enjoy a cozy and well maintained, clean space while on vacation!
-Five minutes from downtown St. Pete and Tampa Bay and a 15 minute drive to the gulf beaches.

This is a lovely, homey, well maintained house which serves as an ideal base for visiting St Petersburg. We loved the quiet neighborhood, shaded comfy front porch, and our fantastic host Lori who responded to questions in extremely quick fashion. The house is only 7 minutes from downtown St Pete and 25 minutes to Tampa. Bravo to the owner on such a thoughtful remodeling of this gorgeous Craftsman-period home. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen had all pots, pans and dishes to make our meals. We loved this place and highly recommend it.

My family and I stayed there for Thanksgiving and Lori was so hospitable! Our family lost my grandparents 4 weeks ago last month and Thanksgiving was tough, but being together in a new location made it memorable and stress-free. We enjoyed the home so much! We stayed in the Craftsman's Bungalow for three nights with our adult children while attending the St. Pete Country music festival at Venoy Park. The house was perfect for our family! The home is updated and charming. We especially loved the large, covered porch.

We have rented many VRBO’s in the past. I have never felt more at home than I did at this lovely house. We loved walking around the peaceful neighborhood to look at the historic architecture. The home is charming and cozy and we spent many memorable moments on the front porch. Lori was amazing to work with; so kind, and kept us informed of anything we needed to know. We would look forward to staying here again in the future.

This is our second stay in this gem of a house and it is so comfortable it was like being home. We would have needed three hotel rooms if we hadn't gone the VRBO route so this house is a steal money wise. Once again Lori was an excellent property manager.

This was a great home! It was easy to walk in and feel right at home. The home had many basics (tp, trash bags, foil and many toiletries). The neighborhood had a small town feeling.

Great find

Perfect home away from home while in town for a swim meet. Quiet little street and the house was clean and well appointed with everything we needed to be comfortable and enjoy meals in. Only about 8 min drive to/from the pool. Host was friendly, communicative and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Winter break

This is a lovely Craftsman style home. There was plenty of room for four adults and two teens. The large front porch was very pleasant and a great place to relax after a busy day. The neighborhood is quiet and great for a morning walk. It is also a great location being very close to many attractions.

Spacious and comfortable

We loved staying at this house! It was perfect for our family of four. Some nice touches were the pantry staples, many towels/linens, very nice bathrooms, relaxing front porch, expansive yard, and comfortable beds.The only issue we encountered was when we tried to stream a movie. The internet speed caused the movie to pause and reload several times.

Wonderful home away from home

We were so fortunate to be able to book this beautiful home for a last-minute trip to visit family with our 3 year old and 5 month old. The house is impeccably clean and better than the pictures show. It has all of the comforts you need. The neighborhood is great and within a 5-15 minute drive of anything you need, including the Pier and St. Pete Beach. And the beds were soooooo comfortable! We all slept great (when the baby wasn't waking up). We will definitely look to stay here again when in the area.

Quaint Bungalow

This craftsman bungalow is as-advertised. Very clean, great communication with the host, awesome porch, 2 mile walk to the Pier, very quiet neighborhood, and easy on-street parking. We would definitely stay again.

Great house

Our experience with Lori was excellent. She was attentive to my questions and flexible with check In/out times. The house is very nice and looks exactly as pictured. Overall stay at this house was wonderful. I felt safe but neighborhood wasn’t walkable after dark in my opinion. That’s the only negative!!

Go ahead and rent this charming bungalow

We enjoyed the house so much that we ended up spending most of the days on the comfortable porch enjoying the breeze, sunshine and temps in the seventies. Looking forward to renting this home again. Lori was an outstanding host and communicator.

Quiet Neighborhood Close to Everything

Lovely home. Wonderful front porch with plenty of comfortable seating. All the modern conveniences have been updated while maintaining the unique 40s craftsmen period details. Due to Hurricane Helene we had to cut our stay short, but the host stayed in communication start to finish.
