Very sweet historic cottage newly renovated in an amazing old neighborhood. The owner was very responsive, gracious, and flexible. We were there for Thanksgiving and very much appreciated a fully equipped kitchen. Also lovely porches to hang outdoors. Highly recommend. The only little thing was the security camera on the front porch.

The house was super cute. Everything was cozy. Kitchen was well equipped in getting to downtown was a five minute drive. It was very convenient. We did hear loud music till 10 PM on Saturday night. Not sure if that was a local event or someone having a party since it was Halloween weekend. Also the beds need a little bit of TLC. The frame is a little weak.

We visited St Pete to check on a new construction as well as visit my mom. It was so centrally located. It is an easy 5 min drive to downtown, a few minutes from the 275 entrance and 10 min to the south side of St Pete. The home was cute, cozy and comfortable. I enjoy the small details such as nice sheets and towels and toilet paper that is normal ply that you would buy at home! Jimmy was bvery responsive and accommodating. The back patio was a great addition!

This property was perfect! The house was just as posted online. Beautifully decorated and very, very clean. Had everything there that we needed. Great location. Loved the large back deck and fenced yard. Jimmy was a great host. Was very quick to respond when I had a question. If we are ever back in St. Petersburg, we hope this property is available.

Our stay was 10/10. From check in to check out our stay was phenomenal. It was in the perfect location and stocked with everything you could need. The host responded to all my questions and even offered a late check-out. We will be staying here again!

Loved the look and feel of the 2 bdrm cottage. Had everything we needed for a multi night stay. Surprise was the great deck with huge umbrellas and view of the creek and Roser Park. Home was super quiet and very enjoyable. Great place to stay for proximity to everything in downtown St Pete. I even used the spacious, gated back yard to park a trailer overnight with no security concerns. If we need a place in the area we would surely return!

Great location for exploring downtown St Pete and easy access to explore nearby (Tampa, Sarasota, etc.). Beautifully renovated, quiet, and cozy space. Great indoor and outdoor spaces for relaxing with family. Great communication and recommendations from host.

This is a great place if you’re looking for a quiet street. Ceiling fans on a well shaded front porch and all the amenities of home. This is the second time we have stayed her and there will be a third and fourth.

Great quiet street located in the heart of downtown st Pete. Everything was perfectly seem less checking in. Next time in st Pete I know exactly where I’m staying. PS owner gave me a huge list of recommendations catered for me. Very cool people 10/10

Clean & great location

Clean and lovely new renovations. Great location, easy drive or bike ride to downtown. Nice neighborhood with a cute park to walk dogs through. Free street parking right out front. Large deck with fire pit and dining table and fully fenced yard were prefect for traveling with pups. The kitchen has everything you could need. The host was very responsive. Would absolutely stay again the next time I visit St Pete!
