Cozy, clean condo with beautiful beach view from kitchen table, sofa and balcony. Host was very responsive, good with last minute reservations and a little early check in. Easy check in and out with keyless entry. Luggage carts available for easy moving in/out. Kitchen was well stocked for some simple meals.

The condo was newly remodeled and decorated beautifully. It was clean including the linens and towels. The ocean view was amazing. The owners were great, checking in with us and making sure we didn't need anything.

This was our second stay at Seawatch and our first at this condo. The prior condo was small and the hosts did not make efficient use of space, we felt cramped and there wasn't enough room for our things. This condo was the polar opposite! They made GREAT use of the limited space! It was well decorated, comfortable and plenty of room for our things. Great view of the pool area and beach from our balcony. We really liked the over all look and feel of the condo. Chris & Tiffany are great hosts and did respond fairly quick to the few questions we had. The only bad thing was trying to figure the TV's. It was very hard to find any local channels, as the TV's were set on the streaming menu as default. It took a day to figure out and get the local channels programmed in. Not everybody streams everything and actually watches broadcast programming. Maybe some instructions on how to use the TV and remote would be nice. Not everybody is a "techie". Overall, we hope to stay here again!

When searching for a place to stay for our 25th wedding anniversary we looked at multiple condos online and kept coming back to this one because of the clean, lovely decor, the excellent views and the location of this property between Myrtle Beach and Little River, as well as we didn’t really want to be directly down town Myrtle Beach. From the time we booked the condo we had excellent contact with the owners, who provided us with all of the information, key codes, gate passes, etc,… and a very smooth stay. The property itself was well kept, and a nice drive down a lovely road with guard gates requiring a pass to enter. There is covered parking in a nice garage. There are elevators to all the floors making it easy and convenient to get to your condo. Once we arrived the condo was exactly as it looked online, clean, beautifully decorated, and with lovely views right over the ocean. We had to contact the owner once to ask a question, and they answered immediately. We had a wonderful time and will definitely book this condo again when we return for another vacation to Myrtle Beach/Little River, South Carolina. This condo owner and his wife are excellent hosts and we would recommend them highly to anyone looking to stay in this area. You will not be disappointed with this lovely condo. We are a married couple from Clayton, NC. We have enjoyed visiting Myrtle Beach since we were children. Most recently we love taking our 5 year old daughter to continue the tradition. We have just started this hosting journey and can't wait to learn from the experience and the many people we hope to host.

This North Myrtle Beach neighborhood is our favorite! We have stayed for years with both friends and family. It's quite enough, but active enough. There is everything you could need or want very close by to be sure you have the vacation you imagine.

Newly Renovated with new appliances, cabinets, countertops, tile backsplash, toilet, vanity, furniture, and paint! Two barn doors. Two Sealy Posturepedic mattresses (King and Full). We tried to equip our condo with all the comforts of home but definitely in a vacation setting!
