Our space is a short Uber or Scooter ride to anywhere downtown.

We have a full time property manager on call 24/7. We are a hospitality business not a real estate business.

The Space:
Bring your group together in comfort and style! You’ll have plenty of parking with a two-car garage, a large driveway, and extra spots out front. Inside, the home is perfect for gathering with family and friends, while still offering private bedrooms when you need a little quiet time.

The layout makes it easy for groups: Bedrooms 1, 4, and 5 are upstairs, while Bedrooms 2 and 3 are on the main floor. (Bedroom 1 is accessible through Bedroom 5, but both have their own privacy.)

Recently remodeled, the home has a fresh, modern feel—just note that the stairs are a bit on the steeper side.

Step out back to enjoy your own private oasis: a brand-new hot tub on the patio, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring!

The Neighborhood:
Bates Hendrick - a incredible upcoming neighborhood. New builds everywhere and a great community. Note: Some some older house but a very fun feeling neighborhood and community.

Getting Around:
We offer a spacious two car garage in the back and street parking right out front.

Lots of sleeping space

Farmhouse Downtown Indy is in a great location. It was great to have a 2 car garage plus extra parking both in front of the house and beside the garage. The bedrooms were very spacious and the layout of the 5 bedrooms suited our group extremely well. The stairs to the upper level are pretty narrow and steep so they would not be easily accessible for those having difficulty with mobility but there are 2 bedrooms located on the lower level. The kitchen is nice with updated appliances. The living room seating is limited but that was not a huge problem for us as we weren't at the house much more than to sleep. The hosts were quick to respond and very helpful. Access to the house was the easiest that we've ever had at any previous rental. We would definitely choose this property if we needed to stay in Indy again.

Plenty of space

Accommodations met our basic needs... just missing a few items and few things to address. No pizza cutter or lighter for the outdoor firepit. The kitchen sink faucet is lacking pressure and has a broken nozzlehead. Limited glassware, juice glasses would have been nice. Too many Edison lightbulbs (ok for accents) and some areas too dimly lit. Upstairs bathroom had a burned out bulb and a loose toilet seat (I was able to hand tighten enough for comfort). The upstairs TV was unplugged but took a few moments to figure why no power. I had to follow the extension cord for the outdoor string lights to see how to turn on. The back patio fan nice but was not able to figure out lighting. It would have been nice to have the propane tank (for grill) checked before we arrived. We appreciated the offer to bring one upon notification but feel it should have already been verified. The outdoor seating, apparently damaged, was all piled in the corner of yard, thus not very inviting. Unfortunate, as it was a draw to select this location. The foolsball table upstairs was missing a ball (or stuck inside, we could hear something roll). Again unfortunate, as it was another draw to select this location. Sorry for the long list. These items didn't break the stay but certainly things that would make a return visit guaranteed.

Family gathering

The place was clean and location was convenient. I had family gathering for my daughter’s graduation from DePauw. The space was more than enough. The bedrooms were spacious, enough beds for all my family. We used the outdoor for lunch because the weather was so beautiful. The kids had fun playing the foosball, TikTok, and bean bag toss. Overall all the family had a great time.

Great location and amenities!

In town for work with colleagues. Convenient to airport, downtown, and Lucas Oil Stadium. Fully equipped house with everything you need for your stay. Owners are accessible and prompt with response. Highly recommend this home for business or vacation purposes.

Home away from Home

My stay although for the passing of a loved one was marvelous. It felt as though I was in the comfort of my own home. Very beautiful property with more than enough room for your family. I really enjoyed my stay there and I am already looking for my next property in Mississippi for the Christmas holiday.10/10

Farmhouse stay

The stairs had trim missing and i stepped on the nails that should have been covered. When we arrived, we didnt have clean washrags and towels in bathrooms because they were in the dryer still from the cleaning before us. I didn't enjoy doing the housekeepers laundry she left. What did they expect us to do with all those sheets and towels when it came time to dry clothes??

Good getaway home

We had plenty of room for all of us and the home had a comfy feel to it. Plenty of space for the 12 of us. I would suggest replacing the kitchen table chairs as they are not very stable feeling.

Super cute home, sleeps plenty

Very last minute we decided to meet friends from OH somewhere halfway
I found this great home! And it was exactly how it was pictured! Very cute, very clean, slept 9 of us (could have easily slept more). I don’t know much about Indianapolis, so I gave the location 4 stars. Neighborhood was cute and a little unique. We only left to grab groceries, about a 7 min drive. Neighborhood nearby seemed hipster like, so looked pretty cool. We left a couple minor suggestions but nothing that would stop us from booking again!

Great Stay!

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property was as expected given the listing and communication with the hosts was great. The property was clean, well kept, and had great amenities. The hosts were helpful and timely with their responses. It was in a great location for our plans for the weekend! We would definitely recommend for future guests and would book again for our own future stays.

Great stay

This house was great for our group of 5. We each had our own bedroom and never felt crowded in the house. There's a nice yard that adds some good space outside and plenty of parking in the back or on the street. We did a lot in downtown Indy and everything was a quick Uber ride away. The house, location and price were all great for our group.

Great location and great for larger groups

Property was clean. The house was updated and the kitchen fully stocked. There was great living room seating and dining room/kitchen seating for our reunion group. Proximity to downtown was great for restaurants. A walk around the surrounding area revealed lots of nice renovations.

Spacious House

This house was perfect for our family of 6 plus grandma. Plenty of room for large groups. We really enjoyed our stay. I will say with that style house in the summer heat expect the upstairs to be somewhat hot and the downstairs cooler so plan accordingly with clothing choices. The stairs are also a bit steep (as mentioned in the listing) so best to keep smaller childen downstairs. I really appreciated that children's dinnerware was available. The location is great and close to many things for families to do/see. The hosts were extremely accommodating and easily reachable if needed.
