Experience breathtaking views of the water, a natural fire place, a BBQ on site and private access to a sandy beach with a fire pit, perfect for relaxing and making memories. You cannot beat the views of this recently updated waterfront cottage with premium beach access. Wake up early and enjoy your morning coffee while watching the magnificent sunrise over the water.

You cannot beat the views of this recently updated waterfront cottage with premium beach access. It’s the perfect spot to gather with family & friends away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Wake up early and enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sunrise over the water. The large fenced in yard is perfect for outdoor games and keeping your furry friends safe.

Our cottage comes with corn hole and ladder golf. We also have beach chairs and life jackets to use if needed. The Bay of Green Bay offers excellent fishing opportunities. Plenty of fire wood is provided for both the indoor fire place and outdoor fire pit. The kitchen/dining space comes fully equipped and offers an open concept design perfect for shared meals. The kitchen comes equipped with all of the necessities + a Keurig Machine (including coffee & tea). Guests will also have access to a BBQ with propane on site.

Not in the mood for cooking? Take a look at our GuideBook to see our favourite restaurants all within a 30 minute drive of our cottage. The cozy living room space is tastefully decorated. It’s the perfect place to relax where you can also take in the scenery from the large windows showcasing the bays beauty. Snuggle up by the wood-burning fireplace with one of our board games or enjoy a movie by using our subscriptions to either Hulu or Disney Plus for a quiet night in. (ESPN is also offered).

With two comfortable bedrooms, the cottage accommodates couples and families perfectly—parents can enjoy the tranquility of the queen bed with beach views, while kids have their own cozy nook with a single bed and bunk bed.Whether it’s a peaceful day spent by the water, an evening in the hot tub, or a cozy night spent by the beach bonfire pit, this cottage is designed to be your peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Austin and Mikayla are wonderful hosts. They put a lot of thought and effort into the little things to make your stay as perfect as possible. The property is clean, in a beautiful location, and packed with amenities to enjoy. Getting up early to watch the sunrise over the bay from the hot tub was *chef's kiss*. Can't wait to come back in summer.

First off - the hosts were incredibly responsive! Secondly, when we walked in to the cottage we both were so delightfully excited - the comfort, the set up, the view, the amenities, etc. Everything was perfect!

The hosts were very welcoming and the house was gorgeous and in the perfect spot where you can watch the sun rise every morning .. we loved the fenced in yard for my friends dog who can’t be off leash so she for sure loved it! The hot tub was amazing even in 20 degree weather. They provided soft blankets for those cold mornings and nights. We loved our stay here and can’t wait to come back soon!

My favorite part of our stay was waking to the stunning lake view from the bedroom window then hopping in the hot tub to enjoy the sounds of waves and birdsong.

quiet stay on the beach

We really enjoyed our stay. We stayed from Sunday through Tuesday and didn't see another soul around which was perfect. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Sometimes places say that but this place was actually stocked with everything we needed :) We would not hesitate to stay again.

Perfect weekend getaway from Chicago!

Just what our family of four (six including our two pups!) were looking for
house is adorable and well equipped, and you simply can’t beat the private beach. Fenced-in front yard was perfect for the dogs. Host was super responsive and included lovely extra touches that made the stay even more enjoyable.

So Relaxing

We had the best weekend! There could not have been a better location
 we met our neighbors and our grandchildren all played together even our dogs played! The cottage was perfectly stocked with everything you would need, so clean and decorated very cute. We can’t wait to go back!

Absolutely perfect!

Such a fantastic stay. The house exceeded our expectations - so cute and clean. The hosts thought of everything you could possibly need. Being able to bring our pets was such a game-changer. Coming back in the warmer months for sure!! The view is beyond beautiful.

Lovely Relaxing Beach Trip!

Everything was so peaceful and quiet. I loved the hammock! My dog also enjoyed himself in the fenced yard and on the beach. Sunrises were amazing and fires at night were perfect! Saw some Bald Eagles and Pelicans which was a treat. Thanks again!!

Our family of 4 and our dog Oreo had a lovely time at the Bay House! The beach was such a treat, coming from Colorado. The home was stocked with everything we needed and it was just as described. Austin was an amazing host. We had a small unavoidable issue which he resolved swiftly and professionally. He’s an excellent host. We will definitely be back!! Highly recommend this place! Quiet & Enoyable Beach House!

My husband, 3 teen daughters & I enjoyed our stay here! Place was as described on VRBO. There were little things, but could be overlooked. When we needed assistance, owner was responsive & helped us out quickly. For family of 5 wanted to have a private beach, this would be the place for you!

Austin, who is from the Marinette/ Menominee area, and Mikayla, who is from Chatham, Ontario, Canada, (Hence the Canadian Flag) met in 2018 down in Nashville, TN. Not thinking much of the initial meeting we remained friends through social media. It wasn't until early 2021 that we reconnected and truly began our story. We got engaged in April 2022 and have brought our entrepreneurial minds together to start our first short term rental property. Austin has always dreamed of having a property in this area for something to have in the family for many years while being able to rent it for others to enjoy in the meantime. From the day we stepped on the property we knew it was the right fit for our first place. We dedicated countless hours putting our own touches on the property to give it that perfect feeling of comfort on the lake for guests to get away to. We are excited to learn, grow, and share this incredible lake front property with each of our guests. It is the beginning of a new adventure for us and can't wait to see where it takes us. We chose this property for its tranquil beachfront setting and close proximity to Austins family in Marinette. This has been location that Austin has talked about purchasing a place for many years. While we love to travel, this property will be a place for our family to visit and relax to escape to hustle and bustle of the world for many years to come. In the meantime we want to share this special place with others to be able to enjoy as we do.
