The condo was great! It was spacious and clean and well kept. The balcony was lovely. The kitchen is well stocked and I could do basic cooking and baking with no issues. Communication was great. We did reach out to the host once and they were easy to work with and very responsive. We would stay here again.

Great location with beautiful beach and sunset views! The patio was spacious with comfortable seating, and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, dishes, and utensils. The condo could use some updating compared to other Beach Colony units we’ve stayed in, but it wasn’t a deal breaker—we still enjoyed our stay.For future guests: Plan to bring the basics. There was no hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, paper towels, or seasonings (not even salt and pepper). No cleaning supplies were provided either, so that’s something to keep in mind for longer stays. Beach towels are not included, so you’ll need to bring your own. The unit has both a regular coffee maker and a Keurig.Issues: The dishwasher did not drain properly, so we were unable to use it. The thermostat showed a “needs routine maintenance” message, and the air stopped working late one night. We had to call maintenance, and with their phone guidance my husband cleared the drain and got it working again. The thermostat warning never cleared, and the property manager didn’t respond until the next morning. Thankfully, we resolved it ourselves, but it was very hot in the meantime.Overall, my family of 6 adults enjoyed the stay and the location made it worthwhile.

Condo was beautiful and spacious. We loved spending time on the deck from sun up to sun down. Nice pool and easy access to the beautiful white sand beach. We could not have asked for or expected more!

Great Condo

Beach colony is a fantastic property. We would definitely stay again. The only thing that mixed us up was one of the pictures from the balcony showsd a pool that I assumed was ours and it wasn’t. Our pool was much smaller and the hot tub never got above 90. Other than that it was fantastic!
