Beach Colony Resort is a gated community in Perdido Key, FL offering you a quiet, family friendly area of the Gulf Coast for your next Getaway! Beach Colony Resort is a family-friendly residence that takes pride in quality and attention to detail throughout. Surrounded by a beautiful tropical paradise, you can relax in the sparkling blue waters of the resort-style pool or take advantage of the shaded heated indoor pool! Soak your worries away in the bubbling jacuzzi as well! Take a short walk over the dune crossovers and feel the 500 feet of private, sugar-white sand between your toes. Some off site activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, parasailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

1. Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am.
2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony.
3. Pets are NOT allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

Great beach vacation

We loved this condo right on the beach! The property was clean and exactly as described. The location is perfect for a relaxing vacation. The elevators were tricky when we first checked in, but we were able to get help right away. Wonderful place!

Perfect in Perdido

Our son was stationed at the Naval Air Station and before he got shipped to his school we decided to visit him. We ended up choosing to stay in Perdido Key, which gave us a 20 minute drive to the base. So happy with our decision & with this condo! The condo is tastefully decorated, the beach views from the 14th floor are breathtaking & the beach itself was beyond amazing. This spacious condo was roomy for our family of 4 and easily could have accommodated more. The balcony had very comfortable outdoor furniture for relaxing day or night. We were a short drive from Pensacola Beach, Downtown Pensacola & the Orange Beach. We found our new favorite beach to return too & would stay in this unit again in a heartbeat!

Elevators were very confusing, never received an elevator code vis email, had to call to get it. Elevator controls were very very bad. Lights didn’t work, people were confused that the panel was broken

Awesome condo and views!

We enjoyed staying at Beach Colony 14A. Plenty of room for our family The kitchen was supplied with everything we needed for our stay. The balcony was huge and the views were amazing. Very easy access to the beach and ample parking for guest. Renting chairs/umbrellas were a breeze and the guys couldn’t have been nicer. The pantry door was broken and a cabinet door was missing. Not a deal at all but would be an easy fix. The only negative thing I can say about the condo was how dirty it was upon our arrival. The floors were not swept or mopped. There was so much sand on floors along with trash such as paper, bread tie etc. the showers and tub had a lot of hair in them and toilets were dirty. The stove had dried food on it which looked like hamburger meat. Vacasa emailed us about how everything was upon our arrival. I did let them know the unit was dirty Vacasa offered to send someone to clean. We just cleaned ourselves and disinfected the bathrooms along with sweeping the floors. We did not let this damper our trip. I would definitely recommend this condo as long as it was well cleaned for arriving guest.

Thank you for your review. We were a bit surprised to see a 3-star rating without any comments, so we took a closer look at your stay. It appears the door lock batteries gave out, and our maintenance tech replaced them right away and provided a new code. We hope that brief hiccup didn’t overshadow the rest of your trip—the views and beaches here usually steal the show. We truly hope you enjoyed your time with us. If there was anything else that affected your experience, we’d really appreciate the chance to speak with you directly so we can understand and address it.
