Perfect for a relaxing South Florida vacation or business trip! The house is centrally located less than a 10 minute drive from Rosemary Square, downtown West Palm Beach, Palm Beach’s gorgeous beaches, championship golf courses, PBI airport, and the Palm Beach County Convention Center.

The home has a private heated saltwater pool with sun deck (heating available for an additional charge in cooler weather), beach umbrella, and spa features (waterfall and bubbler) upon request. The backyard has picturesque palm trees, tropical foliage, a covered patio with couches and dining table, gas grill, privacy fences, and places to relax in the sun or the shade. Inside you'll be cool and comfortable with the tropical-themed decor whether working in your own private office or relaxing with friends or family. The house comes fully equipped with everything you need for the perfect tropical getaway!

Please note that parties of any kind, pets, and smoking or vaping anywhere on the property are not allowed. Guests violating these rules may be subject to a $500 fee, in addition to being assessed for damages.

The property contains 5 outdoor security cameras for your safety: front door, driveway, patio, pool deck, backyard.

Back yard oasis

4 Adults and 3 children. Wonderful back yard. Kids loved the pool; adults loved the outdoor setting. Clean and convenient to everything! Will stay there again!

Accurate pictures, home away from home

I put great priority on the accuracy of photos and this listing is spot on for what you get. I have stayed at this house twice now and will stay again. It is in a quaint neighborhood close to all things West Palm Beach, including the airport. Very good value for the price.

Cute, Clean and Relaxing

We stayed at this home while our daughter visited the local University. It was exactly as described in the best way possible. The house was clean and well stocked! The beds were very comfortable and did I mention the swimming pool was clean and amazing. We highly recommended staying here.

Too Cute

Property is not large but makes the most of every inch. Pool was really nice and the back yard was AMAZING. I camrr to town for a conference and it was the perfect oasis after a long day of meetings and presentations. The only downside was the AC, temp stayed at 78-80 and would not move down to even just 75.

I flew in town with my 3 boys for a baseball event and I can’t say enough about Melissa who was the person we communicated with from reservation and during our stay, place was really clean, location was. Great, really quiet and clean neighborhood, very home with everything you need. Absolute pleasure, will be contacting Melissa again if I’m in the area
