Enjoy the nice country setting sitting around a fire in the pine trees just 1.5 miles from Holiday World/Splashin Safari. Plenty of room to relax and enjoy the comforts of home and watch the wildlife in the backyard on 11 acres.
Smoking is NOT PERMITTED in our house. If it is found that your party has smoked inside the house, a cleaning fee of $300 will automatically be charged.
Due to sanitary issues, NO PETS are allowed inside or outside our house. Please make other arrangements for your pets prior to your trip.
I am available any time for questions or concerns.
Our home is located just outside of the town of Santa Claus which features Holiday World/Spashin Safari, Santa's Candy Castle, and Santa Claus Christmas Store. We also have a grocery store and Dollar General about a mile down the road for your convenience.
Getting around the town is easy by vehicle and you even have the opportunity to take a stroll on our new walking/bike trails.
Neighboring housing is available for additional friends and family. Listed under X Marks the Spot(Blue, Red and Orange).
We will provide sheets, blankets, pillows, bath and kitchen towels and washcloths. We also provide shampoo, conditioner, body soap, laundry detergent, dryer sheetsand a starter pack on toilet paper, trash bags and paper towel. Coffee, single serve coffee and creamer along with ketchup and mustard packets are there for your convenience too.

Mini Family Vacation

The location was great for our Holiday World family trip. The property was very clean and spacious. We cooked in and the kitchen was nicely stocked. We met Amy and she was super friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay again.

Perfect spot to chill and super close to Holiday World and other spots

Had everything we needed. Especially enjoyed the front porch and fire pit. Nice big yard for grandkids to play when not at the park. Great spot! Thanks!

The house is one of the better equipped rentals that we have stayed at. The beds were comfortable, kitchen provided plenty of cookware-utensils-table service-etc., bathroom had plenty of towels and washcloths. The grill and blackstone were much appreciated. There was a nice firepit unfortunately due to the extremely hot weather we didn't take advantage of it. Loved that we could look out and catch the deer or wild turkey wandering around. We also enjoyed visiting the goats. Convenient to Holiday World. Would definitely stay again.

Great House w Wonderful Amenities & Nice Yard

We had a very short visit at this property but would have been happy staying much longer. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking all types of meals, there was a full size washer & dryer and the beds were comfy. Great little touches, like board games and a selection of DVDs and an outdoor fire pit (bring your own wood) with seating and an outdoor grill. Nice yard for the kids to run around, play catch, etc. Even though it was on a main road, it was very quiet.

Perfect!

Location could not have been better. Love the fire pit, wish I would have known to buy or bring my own logs before coming, but over all was amazing. Accommodating for my huge group of 12!! All information very easy to find, along with expectations clearly listed. Stove and grill for use or fire pit as well. Very clean, very well kept

Family Vacation

The pictures are a little deceptive. This place is more like a camp ground. The house was a double wide trailer. I had to clean out the light over the kitchen table, the dead bugs were disgusting. Dead bugs all over the window sills. Beds were hard and the pillows were thin. There were a few good points. The water was hot, and the air conditioner worked perfectly. Location to Holiday World was very close.
