Enjoy the ultimate Arizona getaway in this beautifully remodeled 4-bedroom home, perfect for families, friends, or groups looking to relax and have fun. Situated in a prime North Scottsdale location, this home combines high-end furnishings, spacious living areas, and resort-style amenities for a memorable vacation. Lounge by the pool, challenge the kids to ping pong or arcade games, or enjoy a movie night in one of the two living areas.
The space
This fully remodeled home (2021) is designed with comfort and entertainment in mind:

Bedrooms & Bathrooms: 4 spacious bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms with comfortable beds and quality linens

Living Areas: Two large living rooms with plush seating and TVs for relaxing or movie nights

Kitchen: Fully stocked for cooking and dining in with all essentials provided

Game Room: Arcade games, foosball table, ping pong, and other games to keep everyone entertained

Quiet hours are 10 PM nightly which is Scottsdale City Ordinance

If traveling with children 6 years of age and under please notify Management for a pool safety notice.

No smoking in home at any time $500 fine

Pool can be heated for an additional $35 per day. Please give host at least 48 hours advance notice for pool heating.

The home was close to nearby attractions, comfortable, in a very nice neighborhood, plenty of things to do inside the home (games &TVs), had a BBQ and fireplace outside, plenty of room to spread out. We had a lovely stay and there was 6 of us.

He was great and answered any questions promptly. loved pool for kids and was great temperature. House was clean. Only problem was colors of trash vs recycling and kinda ended up both trash. Looked on line to see if it was stated but had only green and black can. Thank you. we enjoyed our stay.

Home away from home

We had a great time. There was normal wear and tear and a couple of issues that I shared with the property manager that they're addressing.. but overall the entire family enjoyed swimming in the pool and playing games together. It was nearby everything and everyone that we were in town to visit. We would definitely stay here again.

Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay at the property. Good location, relaxing, and clean. Everyone enjoyed the pool, patio, and game room. We had a couple minor issues when we first arrived, but the handyman responded and fixed things the next day. We would book this again.

We really enjoyed the cleanliness of the home as well as the location and convenience to Old Town, North Scottsdale, Kierland, etc. The pool was awesome, and the home layout was very accommodating for gathering and entertaining. Would love to rent again!

The house was beautiful with the exception of a few minor things that needed repairs. Fortunately, those repairs did not effect our stay. We could have used a few more towels and a broom, but all in all we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again if needed in the future!

Large family home

This home was just as it was described large enough for our family comfortable beds, X-Large towels, kitchen amenities and great pool. Close to shopping and restaurants. Extra living space area for all to spread out and even gather together to play air hockey, arcade games and ping pong. Definitely a place we would go back to. Neighborhood is clean and very nice area.

House was great, onlybissue we had was pool heater not working, bit we reached out to property manager and they were right on it! Got a pool tech out asap and even had him return next day to ensure all was well! Definitely a 5

Would not rent again

Positives. Pool was heated throughout the week at very comfortable temperature. Cleaning staff was good after previous renter. Negatives. Fridge door handle was broken but repaired two days later. Master bedroom mattress needs replacing. Family room couch needs replacing as it was very uncomfortable to sit in in and hard to get out of as it was very low to the floor. Kitchen table could seat at least five people but only had three chairs. Dining table had only three chairs when it was made for six. Railing to get in and out of the pool was very loose and unsteady. Needs attention.

Excellent host: Bart provided timely and kind responses to our specific needs! The home is very spacious, with an open floor plan
PLENTY of room to move about! We loved that every drawer and cupboard provided clean and appropriate essentials, with the rest empty-which allowed space to unpack, organize and settle in. LOCATION: was ESSENTIAL 7-9 minutes away from The Mayo Clinic which proved to be CLUTCH for our purposes!
