Great getaway

The house was very welcoming and the owner was great at communicating with us. Relaxing by the water and fishing with the kids was just what we needed.

Weekend getaway

The property was clean and we had everything we needed. The owner was also easy to get in touch with. It was a relaxing weekend with friends and we enjoyed our stay. Galveston beach was just 15 minutes away.

Incredible host! Fast response time and so accommodating with dates.

Absolutely one of our best VRBO experiences. Easy communication with host, all essentials were provided, and a perfect setting to catch up with friends while fishing and relaxing. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Beautiful property

We loved our stay here! Caught quite a few fish and even a couple of crabs. Hung out on the balcony the second night cause there was a really nice breeze and it was pretty peaceful to sit out there and just watch the water. Spent our mornings fishing and watching the families of ducks swim by. Definitely recommend

Galveston get-away

We had everything we needed on location, had to call to property manager to gain entrance to the house, didn't have hot water for showers, but the property manager walked us through any issue that came up. I would definitely stay there again, right on the canal, gorgeous sunsets, and friendly neighbors. Fishing and crabbing right in the back yard. Was told that I would receive a 10% military discount... : )

Texas Crossroads Band canal fun time!

Love the location. Walk right out the door to fish, relax, swim or cook on the grill. Accommodations were great. ( only needs a few more things in the kitchen ) It was clean. Has one kayak, which was fun. Store is convenient at front of Bayou Vista. Host replies promptly. Overall a 4.5 Star😜
