This quaint 1 bedroom, 1 bath is full of all the amenities of home (full kitchen, washer/dryer, BEACH BADGES, Wi-Fi, Smart TV’s, Beach Chairs, Bikes, GAMES, etc). Nice place to stay

Our stay was for one week. The location was quiet, clean and we always had available parking. The pool on the premises was an extra perk and the beach was a few steps away. Completely happy with our experience and would stay here again!

Beach Bliss

This condo is so close to the ocean- ideal for beachgoers! Also has a nice pool and nice landscaping. We stayed with our two girls who are 7 and 9. Its just a 1 bedroom for adults and the pullout couch worked nicely for kids. Highly recommend going out to the beach during sunset- great 360 views of the sunset, ocean, and the lights of Atlantic City.

Nice stay and location

Loved being right by the beach. Nice pool for our daughter to swim in. Clean place, comfy couch and bed. Peaceful and pretty quiet. Restful vacation.

Weekend getaway

The property was perfect for a weekend getaway at the beach and AC. The condo was well maintained and up to date. Any questions we had were answered quickly. Only a slight hiccup with the beach badges but the issue was resolved quickly. Beautiful quiet beach town with lots to do. Will definitely be returning.

Chris was very communicative and quick to respond! The condo was one of the cleanest I have ever stayed in with my family. The location cannot be beat...literally steps from the ocean, fun things to do and and great places to eat!

An amazing stay

Our stay with Chris was nothing short of amazing ! Our bedroom air conditioner went out and the front screen door broke and Chris quickly communicated and sent over maintenance asap . Everything was provided, the condo was clean , and welcoming. We’re already planning next year to come back and stay with Chris at his place .

This was our first vacation in Brigantine. Good: Though small, the condo property is truly well located - near the WIDE beach, nice pool, <10 minute walk to nearby eateries and <20 minute drive to other attractions like LaScala's (GREAT dinner!). Bad: had to request property access details several times and the condo had not been cleaned before arrival. Property manager offered to pay for dinner but never followed through. Ugly: got a parking ticket near LaScala's (small, poor road signs both my wife & I did not notice, many cars ticketed). An odd vacation but we would like to vacation in Brigantine again soon.

Fantastic Unit in Brigantine! LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!

My kids and I stayed in Chris's Brigantine unit for three nights in July of 2023. We absolutely loved the apartment -- clean, adorable, parking, a pool, and it is situated just steps from the most gorgeous beach! The drive to restaurants and coffee shops is just 5 minutes away. The area is so peaceful! Chris, the landlord, went above and beyond to help us in advance and give us all sorts of recommendations on how best to enjoy our time in the area. We can't wait to return!

Stressful not restful

My family booked this condo for June 30th - July 5th. As the previous renter mentioned in their review we also had issues that required a maintenance person during our stay. We experienced an unusually loud AC unit along with the refrigerator leaking. We chose to leave this unit, as it was not a good fit for our family due to the above appliance problems as well as other visible concerns.

We were looking for a turn key condo with beach access, a pool and a great location. This property checks all the boxes and is a great place to relax for a summer vacation!! Please enjoy.

This cozy spot is perfect for a small family or group of friends to relax in a perfect location. The trail to the beach is practically at your doorstep. We fell in love with the quaint Brigantine community and were fortunate to find this property in early 2022. The complex features a pool with a lifeguard and outdoor showers. Higher end furniture and amenities give you the comforts of home. A fully stocked kitchen includes full size fridge, dishwasher, range and a washer/dryer in the closet. Tons to do in Brigantine and also just a few minutes to Atlantic City.
