This first floor condo offers three bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen, 1 twin bunk & 1 duo bunk) and two full baths (1 stall shower & 1 tub/shower) just a block from the beach and the Brigantine Seawall. The fully stocked kitchen allows you to cook in or enjoy your curbside pickup meals at counter-height stools and a lift-top coffee table. Three smart TVs offer access to YouTube tv and the ability to sign in to your own Netflix, Disney+, and Hulu accounts. Work remotely or have kids distance learn with the secure WiFi network, password available upon arrival. The large, covered front porch offers additional space for relaxing or dining. And the outdoor shower (shared with upstairs unit) is a great way to end a day at the beach.

We’re in a quiet neighborhood at the northern end of Brigantine. Most of the neighbors are full-time residents or weekenders enjoying a second home. The school is just two blocks away, with a track and several great playgrounds.

Fishing/Relaxing weekend

We needed some time away and wanted to spend the weekend in Brigantine. My husband loves to surf fish. We also wanted to take my parents since they just moved in with us a little over a year ago and have never been. The weather wasn't the greatest, but we enjoyed our stay anyway. The home was comfortable and had what we needed to make our own meals. My parents loved the front porch. It was an easy walk to the beach and my husband caught some bluefish. Win-Win for everyone.

Great beach stay!

The property was clean and only a one block walk from a guarded beach (very clutch with young kids!). The owner was friendly and communicative and the property matched what was in the pictures. The outdoor shower was another plus for cleaning off sand-covered kids after a day at the beach. Would definitely recommend this property whole heartedly!

Great beach stay!

Perfect location so close to a great beach! The place was very comfortable with lots of beds, two bathrooms, and three TVs. Loved the comfy sectional in the living room. Loved having the table and chairs on the porch so we could enjoy eating and sitting outside there. Definitely recommend this place!

Beautiful Place!

We absolutely loved staying here! The house was super clean and just a short walk to the beach. The town itself was quiet and perfect for our young kids. We loved how clean and not crowded the beach was. Would definitely stay again!

Week in Brigantine

The property was just as advertised. We went with two small families -- 4 adults with two teenagers. It was perfectly sized, with two queen-sized rooms and another that would fit up to four kids on two pairs of bunk beds. The kitchen was very well equipped. We had brought boogie boards for the kids, but they had some there in addition. All in all, it was a great place to stay.
