Newly updated and remodeled with space to unwind and relax. Villa B offers a patio to enjoy the countryside view, listen to the birds and watch horses in a distant pasture. Its located only minutes from Jackson and Cape Girardeau in the Fruitland area with easy access off I-55. Convenience stores and restaurants are conveniently located within 2 miles. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths which can be used privately if desired, a laundry room with washer and dryer, living room and a fully furnished kitchen.

We were only there for 1 night for a business trip but it was perfect for our stay. Very clean and comfortable and the host was onsite to welcome us. She even gave us a tip on the best place nearby for dinner that we will be going to any time we can in the future. I would gladly stay here again for future trips.

Nice and Quiet

I had a great stay at Villa B in Jackson. The property owner was there when I arrived and gave me a tour and all the information I needed. The Villa was nice and clean and I was comfortable there. Very quiet area! I would definitely stay there again.

Quiet, cozy duplex

The house was really cozy, clean, and in a very quiet, peaceful location. There was only a small issue with some water pressure in the shower connected to the master bedroom but overall we really enjoyed our stay.

The place was perfect for our needs - and provided an amazing viewing area for the eclipse. The owner was very friendly and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our conversations with her.

Good communication. The place was clean. Good space for a family. My only comment for improvement would be: The beds are a bit small for bringing a family, a full in one and a Queen in the other. The Queen for the bigger room needs a new mattress. The firmness was fine, but it was way too "springy" with any movement. If the mattress was replaced, I would definitely stay here again!

Overnight for wedding

My sister, brother in law and I stayed overnight to attend a wedding close by. House was nice and clean. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Very reasonable. Hostess was attentive and friendly. Let us check in early to get ready. Thank you!
